She stands up abruptly and pulls back the mat over the doorway, holding it for the others to exit.

They make their way back to the general store where they found Master Quo.
"Let's see.." Ryo says as he looks through the clothes. He finally selects a set of dull gray-green pants and a loose shirt with long sleeves. A cap big enough to hide his red hair joins them
"This should do. The material is light but strong, and the colors are a nice change of pace."
He pays for the clothing and leaves with the others.
"Quo, would you mind if I used your hut to change?"
"Not at all. Be my guest."
"I had a good talk with the shopkeeper while you were picking out your clothes, so nobody should find it the least remarkable when I leave with you lot."

Ryo walks out of the hut looking almost completely different. He even has guaze covering up his tattoo, like he recently got cut there. The long loose, sleeves cover his arm, while gloves hide his hands. Who knew a differently colored set of clothes could change a person's appearance so much.
"Well, how does it look?" he asks.

"That was so helpful, I think I'll make your clothes multiple colors again.. I think neon pink with dark orange is up next. Do you want a specific pattern, or would you like to see what occurs randomly?"

Master Quo waved to several people as they headed to the skimmer, stopping to talk to a few and give them a long, rambling explanation about his granddaughter finding him, what are the odds, and how he was so happy that she was alive after all, and thank you all so much for your kindness. Eventually they did make it to the skimmer which Aananda drove off as if they were heading down the road until she was sure they were out of sight.
He kept a careful watch as they sped towards the ruined village. He hadn't been this close to the jungle in over a year. Out here it still looked peaceful and normal. Well, until you reached one of the ruins that is.
They reached the ruined village a couple of hours later. Time had been moving more slowly here. The place looked freshly destroyed. There was no sign of people or any other living thing. Aananda pulled the skimmer inside a ruined stable and parked it.
"Well, looks like this is as good a place to hide an watch as any. Okay, Ryo, do your thing."
After taking a moment to find the right Card, Ryo takes a step back. He seems to liquefy for a moment and split apart, and then there are two of him. One looks different, like the last time Aananda and Tamrin saw the Doppelganger's effect.
"Which direction is the Temple? I'll need to know what to look for so I can direct it there quickly."
Master Quo quickly gives him detailed directions to the temple in the center of the jungle.
"I hope this will net us at least a little bit of intel on what's going on in there. This should be interesting."
Sitting down and leaning against a bit of rubble, Ryo's eyes cloud as he sends the effigy out into the jungle. It moves fast, avoiding predators and traps(both magical and man-made) without breaking stride. Before to long, it slows down and looks upon the Temple. It walks out into the open, it's hands up in case there are archers hidden nearby, and waits to see if there is a welcome commitee.
A flash of light bounces of a dagger as a hand draws it out to knock the others aside. The last one is caught and twirled on a finger.
"Not the best way to greet a potential underling." It says in a gruff voice.
Sherrlyn stirs a little blood into her scrying bowl. 'Ahh, there he is.'
Entering, it looks around in case the next "test" is an ambush, and follows the figure.
