Dylph, You are able to follow the tracks without a problem, and after about an hour you come over a ridge and see a camp; four dun-colored tents surround a small campfire, clustered beneath gaunt palm trees along the eastern bank of a shallow oasis.
You did not want to wait until nightfall, and approach the camp and you can hear voices but do not see anybody yet.
You know that you would able to creep up quite close to the camp without being noticed but you have to be sneaky!
Everybody (except of Dylph) please make Stealth checks.

If you post too close together (within a couple minutes even) it mixes up the order sometimes. But not always. It's annoying.
Lady Naysha sneaks closer. When she's quite close she disappears completely!
Stealth: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
And when I get close I use my flicker ability to turn invisible for three rounds. That makes my stealth check way higher for those few rounds.

THE ASPIS HIDEOUT
Two larger pavilions loom over the rest of the camp: one dyed bright orange, the other emblazoned with the Aspis Consortium’s serpent insignia.
The guards are not yet aware of you, but you expect that to change soon.
All except of Lady Naysha and Ruslo can get quite near to the camp before ... suddenly you hear sirens and alarm!

Dylph will move 20' and fire at the yellow guard...
You need to move 30 ft. to get to the border of the map. So the position you chose would heave meant that you used both your move actions. I moved you to the border with one move action ... but with your attack roll you hit the yellow guard although they have cover.
Dylph's arrow hits the flat footed guard behind the tent right in the abdomen and Dylph can see that the guard is clearly hurt.
Ivira: 0 damage

Fuzzy's sword flies through the air but due to the cover of the tent Fuzzy cannot see the man properly and misses him.

With his grappling hook's rope in one hand, and the hook in the other hand, Ruslo hurries up to the fight, placing himself between the yellow agent and Fuzzzy. With a swing of his arm he drives the hook down into the man's shoulder.

Piercing Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Using the grappling hook as a melee weapon as per my hook fighter feat. Details in my profile.

The first arrow hits the Aspis agent in the yellow clothing right in the chest and he drops immediately.
Also the second arrow hits the leg of the Aspis agent in the red clothing.

Ruslo sees the Aspis agent in yellow drop to the ground because of Dylph's attack and he walks forward to the red clothed Aspis agent hitting him really hard with his hook!
