As you make your way down to the lower part of the ship you suddenly hear the sound of a door opening and you see a goblin with a HUGE head, truely enormous wearing an even bigger floppy leather hat and Her mouth is her most fearsome feature—it's a bit too wide, even by goblin standards, and Vorka's habit of filing her already sharp teeth has resulted in a snaggletooth grin of mismatched teeth that leaves little doubt as to her preference for tough, stringy meat. Like goblin meat. She wears rags and bits of stained cloth—trophies harvested almost at random from her hapless victims, over her equally patchwork leather armor.
She scrambles up the side of the ship, through the rigging until she reaches the middle crowsnest.
"Ah..good new foodssss."
She looks at Scruff
"Those ears will taste great stuffed with eyesballz"
Behind her a huge frogs leaves the cabin, flicking out it's tongue, licking it's lips when it sees you

Chuffy takes 3 (fire) splash damage Reflex save DC 12 for half damage
In response the frog takes a step to the other side of the mast and sticks out his tongue at Mogmurch.

With goblin glee, Reta rushes forward to take advantage of the flank offered by Chuffy. "Reta kill frog and eat legs!" Stepping up, she swings her own dogslicer towards the amphibian's torso. Unfortunately, frogs aren't dogs, despite their names sounding the same, and Reta gravely misjudges the attack and smashes her dogslicer into the deck, nearly breaking it in half.

With Reta stepping up and distracting the frog Chuffy manages to stab it..even though Reta distracted it by stumbling around next to it..instead of being much a threat.

Mogmurch throws his bottle of liquid fire up at Vorka and manages to hit her, spilling flaming oil all over her..she howls with rage!.
Poog sends out disgusting waves of energy..hurting everyone around him.
I'm not going to make an issue out of it, because it's just stupid..but I think that technically you have to choose if you will or won't include yourself in the channel effects, so Poog could in his enthusiastic channeling have hurt himself ;) I'll just assume that Poog will normally try to not hurt himself ..even though he's a goblin ;)

@Mogmurch. I already added the being on fire damage for Vorka when it was her turn. Since she has to decide on her turn if she wants to use her turn to put out the fire it makes sense that she also takes the damage on her turn.
Also I'm pretty sure that being on fire is just the being on fire damage and doesn't add your int. mod to damage for the second round when your on fire.
Poog points his finger at Vokra and just barely manages to hit the Canibal
Mogmurch mean while prays that the bottle of alchemical fire doesn't come back to land on his head
Never been sure what happens when you throw a splash weapon up and it misses..where does it land? So for the sake of simplicity going to assume it will land away from you all and doesn't splash Vorka either

Ah, all right then. I wondered about that but I wasn't quite sure. It just said that it adds my INT mod. to all splash damage, so I went with it.

Not gonna bother with a reflex save, 1 damage it is. Also the ship has been soaking inside the marsh for years, saturating it with liquid making it almost impossible to set on fire (it mentions this in the scenario in case any pyromanic goblins just try to set the ship on fire from the beginning to get rid of Vorka and her dogs ; )

Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26
Damaage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Oh, and I did a little research as to what happens when a splash weapon misses (pg. 202 of the core rule book) and I found that you roll a 1d8 to determine where it landed. If you roll a 1, the projectile falls short completely but if you roll a 2-8, the projectile lands in and adjacent square of the enemy, meaning that it takes the splash damage.
missed Alchemists Fire: 1d8 ⇒ 8
missed Acid: 1d8 ⇒ 4
So Vorka would've taken 3 points of damage from that last bottle that of alchemist's fire and 3 points of damage from the missed acid for a total of 6.

@Hawkeye I actually knew that, my problem is with the 3D aspect. The crowsnest is higher and has no adjacent squares to land in - I don't think it will explode somewhere midair like an air-timed mini grenade. The rules don't say much about it if it then falls down and lands somewhere below...which I think judgeing from what I know about gravity should happen.
Then again, I think you can crit with an bottle of acid (it's a splash _weapon_ after all, so I'll give you 1d6 ⇒ 5 extra damage because you rolled a threat. Deal? ;)

Sounds good to me. Like I said, I've never played a alchemist before and have almost no experience with splash weapons, so I'm learning as I go.

Mogmurch aims his crossbow up at Vorka, releases the trigger and watch the bolt fly through the air....
With a *thud* it slams into the big floppy hat on the BIG headed goblin head piercing the skull that's behind it. Vorka then tumbles head first down from the crowsnest landing with a happy *splut* next to you on the floor. The bottles she had in her hand rolls a short while away from the bodies before it comes to rest against Mogmurchs feet.
