Are you using the rapier you dipped into the pool?

Merisiel the rogue
After looking at Five's bold move, Merisiel takes a deep breath, runs a few feets and leaps up at the demoniac beast, trying to kill it with her rapier.
Acrobatics check: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (12) + 17 = 29
+1 rapier (charge, flank): 1d20 + 9 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 9 + 2 + 2 = 24
Damage (sneak attack): 1d6 + 5 + 3d6 ⇒ (6) + 5 + (5, 6, 3) = 25
Debilitating Injury: bewildered (the target becomes bewildered, taking a –2 penalty to AC and a -4 penalty to AC against all attacks made by Merisiel for 1 round).
I'm using the rapier dipped into the pool but I've already killed one of the ram with it.

Ah, yes, the rams. Ok, I need to examine the map when I get home to ascertain if flanking applies.

The map was hard to see on the phone. Had to check that, and a few things related to vertical height, but yes, flanking did apply.
As one, the two elves leap through the air and drive their rapiers into the abbadonic invader. With a howl of pain, it collapses, sinking slowly to the floor.
Combat is over!
Though this initial vanguard is defeated, the oily smoke continues to pour from the chest of the statue of Anogetz. Shadowy, unformed wild creatures can be seen dimly within it, snarling and bristling at you.
You recall a prayer said by the priests when you were visiting here previously. It could be used to request Erastil's aid in closing this breach, along with an appropriate implement linked to His divine power.
Amiri, Kinslayer
Amiri dodges out the way, as the fell creature falls to the ground directly over top of her.
She glances around to locate the next foe, but quickly realizes they are all taken care of.
Slowly the rage subsides, and she stands there breathing hard, but otherwise unharmed.
Putting her sword away, she pulls out the huge arrow they had been tasked to retrieve, and walks over to the altar.
Knowledge (religion): 1d20 ⇒ 17 (untrained, so can only make the DC 10 check)
"In here, you said?" She asks, glancing sideways at Sanji.
Then without really waiting for confirmation, she thrust the arrow into the gaping hole in the statue's chest, muttering a quick prayer to the Stag God she heard in her youth as she does so.
Balazar Unchained
Balazar mutters a quick couple quick cantrips to focus his mind about what to do.
Knowledge planes: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (17) + 14 = 31 knowledge religion: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
"Yes! An appropriate object linked to Erastil would be most appropriate for closing the portal to Abbadon! Old Deadeye, may you help us close this portal and cleanse this holy shrine? Wild beasts are infused with chaotic energy and hunting men instead of the other way as it should be. Please help set things right."

Five looks on with a degree of amusement.
"I wonder if I could sell that sap from the font. I'm sure I could make a killing from paladins heading up to the world wound..."
Sanjay Gupachandra
Kn Religion: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14
Sanjay stands, breathing deeply, trying to shake the unnatural torpor from his limbs. No doubt it will quickly fade now that the beast is defeated.
"You all... fought... very well," he says, and tries to add his words, however slurring, to Amiri's prayer to the hunting lord.

As the spear sockets into the hole, the smoke surges angrily, with the spear itself vibrating as otherworldly energy starts to fill it. As the prayers to Old Deadeye fill the room, though, the angry, evil aura that surrounds the statue fades, the din of the angry birds and wild animals fades, and the shadows within the smoke cease to snarl and bristle, but slowly slink away into nothingness. The smoke itself continues to billow, but gradually drifts away in a cleansing breeze that washes in through the doorway.
As a handful of fresh, clean leaves blow in and brush across the statue, it begins to crumble. Anogetz collapses into dust, the spear lying, intact and without blemish, on top of the pile. Each of you has a brief image in your mind's eye of a great white stag with branches in place of antlers, nodding its head to you and whispering, "Well done."
The next day, the rest of the priests of Erastil who were on their way here to reconsecrate the temple meet you. You tell them of the dire fate that befell their compatriots, and the dread foes you were able to vanquish. The oldest priest examines the remains of the statue, and the spear, and is able to devise a ritual to banish the daemonic presence entirely rather than just seal it away. Without needing the spear of the huntmaster to anchor the ritual wards, the Erastilians give it to the PCs in thanks for their heroism.
