Stripped of her weapon and knocked to the ground, the rogue grins with chagrin. "Well, you certainly know you stuff.. Come with me."
She leads the group off to the side, sheathing her returned sword and busting off her breeches. "Well, its not often we get visitors down here.. and asking after Tseka is dangerous enough without outsiders chiming in." she says with a direct look at Jal and Rolando. "You two stick out like sore thumbs down here.. might want to do something about that, before she catches wind of your questions. Tseka is the one in charge of Aspis business down here. Not that I've ever seen her. Few people have. They say she keeps to the shadows, and anyone who crosses her winds up dead before they can even blink." She pauses and gives a shudder.. "She does a lot of trade in poisons and magical components. It's a lucrative market, but like I said before, don't go getting any ideas about skimming a bit of her profits. She's not the merciful type. I would seek out a guide down here.. but stay away from Odemi. She is a wayang known for getting her "patrons" lost in the mazes down here then making them pay again to get out." With this words, she turns back to the street and continues along on her way.

"Thank you for your assistance," Guang says with a sincere bow, and presses a gold coin into her hand if she'll take it before she leaves.

That done, he stands a moment, scratching at his jaw and mulling over the information given. "Well, my friends, it seems we still are needing a guide! But we have some small idea of where to be beginning-- with dealers of poisons, and with dealers in magical components. The latter seems more savory, no?"

He looks over Jal and Rolando both, considering the words of the street urchin. "I do not mean to be criticizing, but Brother Jal, you are simply too tall. We must shrink you a little at the ankles, I think. Brother Rolando, it is your, how shall I say the words? --so very-- Taldan-- mustachio and beard, yes? I suppose you would not be consenting to shaving them? Ah well."

Guang considers. "We will buy you hats!" he announces after a second, grinning widely. "Very broad ones. So as to hide your faces, while we go for the seeking of people who are dealing in the components, yes?"

Assuming everyone consents to the above plan.. if not, tell me!

As the party moves on, they discuss different costumes and disguises for Rolando and Jal. They quickly come upon a stall selling varied and exotic alchemical and magical reagents and ingredients. The vendor is tall and thin, with short black hair and beady brown eyes. His speech is rushed, words tripping over themselves as they rush out of his mouth. "Hello!! My name is Olek, and I have many things here to interest such individuals as yourselves.. You just have to see what I have to sell! I have these great coatings for your sword, sir! You should see what they do to the creatures that would have your hide!" he exclaims, pushing several vials of Silver Blanche into your hands. Basically, you can name your alchemical object here.

This encounter is DC 20 Bluff or Diplomacy from anyone.. Guang, if you want to throw in a bit of RP to go with that roll, we can see where that takes us.

Guang offers a small bow to the vendor.

"Ah, Master Olek, I am most honored to see your exquisite and masterful wares..." he makes polite noises and looks among the goods on display, purchasing a tanglefoot bag with only a little, routine haggling over the price, and then he murmurs discreetly, "Friend Olek, I am in possession of a number of interesting symbols of jade that are sworn to gods both fell and powerful. I have been told that perhaps there is a great lady in this city who may be an interested buyer of such things, a woman who prefers to remain... discreet. Is it perhaps possible you might be able to direct this humble personage in the direction of this lady of the shadows?"

-50 GP for the tanglefoot bag, but Guang is happy to let Olek make a profit of a few 'extra' gold pieces on the purchase

It's alright, Guang, no need for pretense, Rolando says, looking at the vendor. We want to make a sizable purchase, but we would like to speak with your supplier first. A business arrangement of this magnitude would be most profitable for all involved. Can you accomodate such a request?

Olek goes from outgoing and bubbly to suddenly cautious and nervous. Thank you, sir he says as he sells Guang his tanglefoot bag and pockets the money. “Most of the commodities found in the streets and alleys of Goka come from Undermarket, though some of the rarer products come from Deepmarket or even the Darklands. The rarer the item, the farther you have to go underground to find it. You can find anything your heart desires somewhere in the trade guilds, for a price. The Aspis have eyes on everything that goes in and out of the tunnels here, and Tseka is always watching. If you need to get to Tseka, You need to go deeper into the complex.” He continues, [b]“Recently, she has been sending her lackeys to do all her dirty work, especially that one that used to wear that silly compass around his neck. I don't know where to find them.. they always come to me. Now, if we are quite finished?” With these last words, he hustles the companions out of the stall and back into the street.

The plan was definitely to have Jal in disguise from the moment we headed down those original stairs (which is why I bought 2 scrolls). And basically Jal would want to look like a local hired muscle, but one that wouldn’t be expected to say a single word. Any local races or cultures that fit that bill and Jal’s height wouldnt’ be an issue?
Know (Local): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19

If that result doesn’t give Jal any insights into a specific disguise that will suit his desire, he’ll just have Rolando emulate one of the taller Tian people they see. Not specifically trying to look like that person; just getting similar features and what-not, so he just becomes “nameless tall Tian guy with a sword”.
.
his Disguise mod would be +19 with the scroll up.

Jal—now disguised as local muscle—gives the area around them a hard look. Then he looks to his teammates, giving a shrug that seems to say ’what now?'

Also, given time to make Olek Jal’s Studied Target, would Jal have picked up any deceptions or hunches about the man’s statements to us?

At the mention of Tsekas name, a tiny creature moves cautiously into the light, ears perked and amber eyes alight. Minute in size, it slithers on a fur covered serpentine body, but has the head of a fox. It peers at you with intelligence and wariness before speaking again, this time obviously to Jal. "I know of Tseka, and the Aspis Consortium, and can perhaps lead you there. But nothing down here is free.. perhaps if you could show me some interesting magic, I could be persuaded to guide you where you seek to go. Knowledge of anything I do not already know will also get you what you seek."

DC 20 for any knowledge, or the casting of a spell that is either a divination spell or a visibibly flashy spell will get her onto your side. As for the K. roll, just roll the dice and type something suitably interesting or far fetched.

DC 12 K. Arcana:
A pipefox is a foot-long, furry, magical snake with the head of a fox. Often found either climbing in trees or snaking around pipes, these curious and stealthy creatures prefer to skulk about to observe and learn. Neither malicious nor particularly beneficial, pipefoxes love to gather knowledge and sometimes disseminate what they've acquired to those they find worthy.

Desirous of knowledge, no matter how obscure, these creatures only see other like-minded creatures worthy of their interaction. Though they might become curious about a tribe of barbarians, take sudden interest in learning the cant of a local group of thieves, or even study the method of distribution for the local brewery, they watch such things from a distance, never interacting with such "lesser minds." But if a pipefox finds a creature that loves knowledge as much as it does, it becomes intrigued, and after spending a period of time observing such a creature, will eventually muster up the courage to make the relationship more personal. Many pipefoxes are especially intrigued by spellcasters, and sometimes they offer to serve them as either familiars or confidants.

Pipefoxes are secretive by nature, and even when they make themselves known, they can be shy and evasive, both physically and intellectually. They often see knowledge as a type of spiritual currency, and are hesitant to give their knowledge away unless they gain something in return.

Some believe pipefoxes are the spirits of legendary scribes and lore masters given new form. Others believe the creatures are related to kami, and serve to preserve the world's knowledge.

Yrishi nods as the party agrees to have her. At Jal's question, she replies simply "Any knowledge is knowledge worth having." With this, the little creature nods her head decisively. She then begins to circle each member of the team, pointing out deficiencies in their disguises, helping them to blend in with greater skill. She bids you to hide any jewelry, flashy clothing, or dangerous weapons. Finally, she circles back around to the front of the group, and says "That's much better. There are several Aspis checkpoints that you will have to pass through.. I can move around virtually unseen. You, however, must pass through the guards. If you are ready, we can go now."

She grants a bonus on upcoming disguise checks

The lithe little serpent-fox leads you through caverns and tunnels, chattering away. She mostly sticks to the magic users, querying them with questions about spells, general magical knowledge, and rituals. Occasionally, she remembers something important for the group, and casually drops that into conversation as well. "I have heard lately that the Aspis are trying to ally with a group of alley bashers named the Dragon Fangs. This is what originally piqued my interest about them.. I don't know much about the Dragon Fangs, but I know that they are bad news."

A little bit later, she brightens as she remembers another bit to help you along the way. "I heard someone who wore a wayfinder defected to the Aspis Consortium a few years back, but never knew what became of him.."

After about two hours, Yrishi stops the group and moves into the shadows. From there, she whispers "There is a checkpoint coming up. Make sure you are ready, then just follow the cavern. There is a choke point a little father on where they stop people and ask them questions. I will meet you on the other side."

The party checks their disguises once more, then heads forth. Purple and yellow bioluminescent fungi line the base of the walls of this tunnel. A thin, shallow stream of water flows lazily through the passageway. Ahead, the guards stand to, coming to alertness at you approach. As you get closer, the nearest one challenges you. "Who are you, and why are you here?" he asks, peering closely at you.

Rolando chimes in with some convincing of his own, and the guard is finally overwhelmed. His head whips from one person to another until he decides its easier to just let you pass. "Alright, alright. Just take yer stuff and git outa here.. Passwords The Serpent has risen again. Tell 'em that at the next checkpoint." With this, the guards turn back to their dicing and conversation, allowing you to pass.

Coming out the other side, you meet up once more with Yrishi, who suddenly appears at your side as you turn out of sight from the guards. "Up here," she says "The Consortium is in an old temple up here.. not too much farther."

As you continue, small communities of recently constructed but shoddy structures connected by narrow tunnels give way to large caverns littered with dilapidated buildings, the homes of squatters too poor to afford to live anywhere else. Yrishi leads the way through, slithering from shadow to shadow, but making sure you can keep an eye on her. She pauses frequently to listen for trouble, but you make it through with no problems. Eventually, the caverns shrink, turning into crude, winding tunnels. The tunnels open slightly into a small cavern that ends in a wall of worked stone. An iron door bearing a raised image of a three-eyed beast on its face prevents entrance.

DC 10 K. religion:
The symbol on the door is the unholy symbol of Lamashtu

As you approach the building, Yrishi hangs back. "I..I.. can't.. I won't go in there.. You will have to go ahead by your selves.. I will wait here." With this, the timid little creature darts fearfully into the nearest mound of rubble and is completely gone from sight.

You move within the door into a large entry room with three guards. Four exits lead out of this sparsely furnished room—an iron double door to the northwest, and three wooden doors leading south, east, and southeast. Worn wooden benches line the walls, and discarded bottles are scattered across the floor. Flickering torches reside in sconses around the walls. The guards jump to their feet from where they were lounging against the walls, and one steps forward. "Whats tha password?" he growls at you, while the other two look you over. Sorry, right after gen con I went to my in laws with my family for a couple days. Back now! If it's alright, before the checkpoint I'll use another extended heroism, as that would be right about when my runs out.

The password? Aram Zey, Rolando says, bursting into song and moving to block the door. The spirits of valiant warriors rise up from the aether to surround the Pathfinders' weapons.

Aramil softly curses under his breath as the consortium guards draw their weapons. Upon drawing his own, he stares in surprise for a moment as his sawtooth sabre's become sheathed in fire and frost. Aramil, flagbearer adds +1 morale to damage as well, so you'd do one more point. Also, you can make an attack from my spirit totem.

Rolando, no apologies needed. Hope you had a good time, and the inlaws weren't too bad!

Without missing a beat, Rolando begins to sing out a song of his ancestors, imparting his allies with amazing gifts of magic. Swords burst into flame as they are drawn, and spectral bodies flicker into being in the torch light, rising at the call of their Skald. One of these ghosts slams against the unprepared Captain, drawing a cry of pain from her.

Aramil then steps forward, stabbing out at a guard. His sword comes back, dripping blood.
Aramil, dont forget your spirit buddy..

His spirit buddy then lands a heavy blow on the deeply wounded guard.

"Oh, that is interesting," Guang says amiably as his hands burst into flame and cold alike. (I see nothing in the ability that says it's only manufactured weapons, but correct me if I'm wrong!)

He takes a short step forward and drives two punches into the head of the guard with the green bandanna, to keep the creature off his beautifully singing friend.

Elemental extras:
*Elemental extras from Rolando' enhance weapon: I'm not entirely certain if Guang's unarmed strikes would get the full 2d6 or not. He's high enough monk level to have ki strike (magic), which "allows his unarmed attacks to be treated as magic weapons for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction"; however, that's not quite the same thing as having a magical weapon (i.e., you have no +1 to hit and to damage). I rolled the attacks as if his fists were magical, but if they are not, here's the 'mundane' damage rolls, with the addition that his attack rolls would each have been one higher for having been made magical weapons:

Flurry damage 1: 1d6 + 3 + 1 + 1d6 ⇒ (2) + 3 + 1 + (6) = 12
Flurry damage 2: 1d6 + 3 + 1 + 1d6 ⇒ (5) + 3 + 1 + (2) = 11

Guang: Well, having Gm'd for Rolando before, I should have seen this coming and researched it prior to the first combat. Alas, I did not put 2 and 2 together. However, according to the PRD, "A monk's unarmed strike is treated as both a manufactured weapon and a natural weapon for the purpose of spells and effects that enhance or improve either manufactured weapons or natural weapons." This clearly states that you are good to go for Rolando's bonuses! On the other hand though, I can find no way to empower your fists themselves with magic (as you stated), and without even gauntlets or some other type of physical weapon on your fists that can be empowered with a magical bonus, I will have to rule that you fall under the "mundane weapon" buffs, so just +1 and flaming for you.

Guang steps forward into the fight, and takes a couple of swings at the Captain. His first punch misses, but his second lands a solid hit. The spirit guardian then takes a swing, but in unable to land a blow.

The blows keep raining onto the Captain, though, as Jal delivers another massive blow with his Katana, followed with a solid hit from his spirit.

The red caped guard attacks Aramil, rapier slicing through the air and drawing blood down Aramil's sleeve.
