Fort Save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
Spencer hears the scream but is able to grit his teeth against the effect. "What are those things?"
Wulbknavel

"And so the Pathfinder stood resolute against the hideous vargouilles, whose terrible shriek could paralyze and whose bite inflicts grievous wounds."
Nelphaell Drakaer

1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Ouch ... so I am assuming we can use the countersong results?
GM Aerondor

Well played Wulbknavel
One of the masks shrieks. The sound is horrible, however Wulbknavel's word sooth the worst of it.
The second flies closer, hoping to take advantage of your stunned state, and is a little distressed to find itself cut in two by Rachel.

Nope, nobody was paralysed. Your bard saved the party!

Wulbknavel continues his countersong and takes aim at the remaining vargouille.

Ok then double move to the square 4, someone please move me as I cant edit the map from work ty
BTW that only took 25 feet of your 30 foot single move. You still have 35 more feet if you want to continue moving up to the vargouille.

Oh I thought it was difficult terrain then please move me just 10ft way from the vargouille ty

Nelphaell , Grog and Korin close on the flying creature.
Wulbknavel continues his one bard assault on the creature, pinging it with a crossbow bolt .
Rachel tries to repeat her performance from before. She hits, but this is a tough creature and it doesn't go down easily. She gets the feeling it's her blood it wants to feed on.

Wulbknavel resumes his detect magic and attempts to discover what is radiating magic to the south.
GM Aerondor

Oddly enough the magical eminations are now gone. Although turning around there is a residual of magic around the fallen Vargouiles. Transformation.
That said, the whole mist has a magic tinge to it.
Grog opens the western door (north is to the right of the map).
This simple room of unadorned stone is piled floor to ceiling with boxes and crates, allowing room for only a few small corridors between these towers of dusty, mothballed exhibits.
Rachel Sophia

Rachel shrugs and follows him in, then has a look around. "Anything in here want to come and try to kill us?"

Wulbknavel peers around Rachel into the new room.

Then casts detect magic to see if any magical auras, other than that of the mist, appear in the southern half of the room.

Seeing that many of his companions are capable fighters Spencer puts his shield and sickle away drawing his bow. The cleric then follows Grog into the next room.

Entering the room, Rachel hears had cackling from the other side of the wall. For that matter, so does Wulbknavel.
Aside from the mist there are no magical auras in the room.

Nothing more appears through the mists.
You could spend hours searching in here if you really wanted to. Hours.
The mad cackling continues. It's starting to make you feel a little edgy. That is if the thick mist that seems to every now condence and then try and jump down your throat wasn't already putting you on edge.
Spencer thinks he can feel something watching him. But when ever he turns around, he can't see anything.

These public restrooms seem to be for the use of visiting clientele. Several stalls are here and a huge cesspool below collects the offal. Mad laughter echoes in this cramped stone chamber. The stench of sewage battles the cold of the mist, but through the haze can be seen smears of blood across the floor, walls, and ceiling, as well as the doors of several stalls.
A severged head sits in the middle of the floor.

Wulbknavel peers into the new room.

Eventually you get the man up, and can escort him back to the main entrance. He avoids Rachel, seeing within her the same transformation he had. Somehow though she has maintained more of a feeling of self than he had managed.
He can answer any questions you put to him, or just line yourself up at the last lot of doors, and let me know any preparations you undertake.
