To make my life easier when it comes to filling in chronicles, if you could each put in a single post with:

Thanks for the invite! This character is actually rather similar to Lod. Paladin (Sarenrae) 2/Sorcerer (Gold Draconic) 3, with the next level being Dragon Disciple. I would be slow tracking for this scenario.

My information will be up later tonight, once I get home. Character sheet would be up then as well. If low tier is preferred, I'd like to use a pregen.

Do you want to begin with this number or do you want a fifth or sixth player ?

I'm fine either way, though with a brave level 1, maybe another wouldn't be a bad idea. I haven't played or run this one at all, so whatever we're up against will be a surprise to me.

I'm ready to go. I just need to confirm the number of remaining charges on two of my wands.

Is this a case where we play down with 4 or up with more? 4 is fine with me, but I don't mind waiting a few days for another if anyone prefers higher tier.

Right now we are 3 + 4 + 1 + 5 = 13 / 4 = 3.25 rounded to 3 so between tiers.

Starting with Season 4, scenarios are designed for six characters and contain instructions on how to adjust the scenario for four-character parties. When the APL of a table is between two subtiers (like APL 3 for a Tier 1-5 scenario), a party of four characters must play the lower tier without any adjustments for party size. A party of five to seven characters whose APL is between two subtiers must play the higher tier with the four-character adjustment.

So right now we're in the low tier but a fifth player would bump us to the high tier with four-character adjustments. I'm fine either way.

Edit: Actually, if the fifth person brought a level 5 it would be an APL of 3.6 rounded to 4 and then we'd outright be in the high tier without adjustments. We should probably avoid that due to the level spread of the group so our level 1 doesn't die instantly.

If we're going low, I'd rather switch to a level 1 pregen (probably Merisiel, but I'm open to suggestions). Our level 1 might die at tier 4-5, but a 5 might trivialize tier 1-2.

3+4+1+1=9/4=2.25 which would be more solidly in-tier.

Ok. We will stay that way and the game will be in tier 1-2 without adjustment.

Just a note. I'm a fan of "Taking 10" so don't hesitate to use it :)

I'll be leaving for Florida tomorrow to work on our fields down there for at least a week, probably closer to 10-11 days. While I'm there I won't be able to post as often as I normally do so I might be running a little slow. I'll do my best to keep up though! Feel free to bot me if needed.

Some people use roll20 for maps (bit cumbersome, perhaps). I'd love to know what other alternatives people have come up with.

When needed, you will be able to give me your wanted position on the map with the coordonates (one number, one letter).
It's easier with clicking - on the right window - on the grid symbol (when you pass your computer mouse on the symbol, you must see Grille on/off)

This is an interesting map tool. I'm also enjoying reading the French wiki. I'm better at it than I expected.

Yep the French forum has very advanced tools PbP and maps :)
