I think the counter song happens before my turn, so even if I fail my will save I can still act like I want? Not that it matters right now, just moving through the water with a double move right now...which is what I would have to do otherwise as well.

@GM: You directed the tooth fairy attacks on Samaeon, but I think you meant to direct them at Zahaz or Dalangi. Samaeon is back in the outside hall. Assuming it is Zahaz who is attacked, here is a save for him.

Fort: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15

Zahaz takes a scratch from one of the little creatures, but shrugs off the paralytic side-effects. With the song urging him forward he is about to ignore them and press on, but then Shahrazad begins a countersong and breaks the enchantment. With a growl of rage he claws at the nearest flying creature.

The water is just difficult now as it is only a foot deep. No need to swim regardless of size. The Nixie is perched atop a head ten feet up. You will need to climb to get to her.I do not recall where you were in the hall, but assuming you were immediately behind Zahaz, it would take a double move to get to the wall,(I adjusted you to the wall) then you can climb 5 feet (1/4 your move) You are now 5' from the Nixie, and can strike.

Quillen's blade goes wide, but the mere force seems to spook the nixie, who scampers as quickly as she can, no longer singing, around the heads on the walls. Once a little further from Quillen, she casts a spell at the halfling.

"Come back here an fight!"

Caith lets go of the wall he was climbing on and drops down to the water again and makes his was after the fleeing critters, hopefully blocking their escape if they try to go for the door.

Quillen scares the fey horribly, not not so much as to cause them to flee. Caith misses his Attack of Opportunity, and winds up for his turn.

Dalangi's spell completes as the fairies begins to feel a deep pull towards slumber.

Sleep DC 14 Will. Looks like their is a 10 foot space that doesn't contain allies

Dalangi will delay to see the effects of the spell and what allies do first.

Samaeon is unarmed, so no AoO.

Zahaz claws at the Nixie, then stands and advances toward the fey menacingly.

Samaeon flinches away as they fly past, obviously untrained in the ways of physical combat. However, he does know a few magical tricks and uses one to hurl acid at the tooth fairy.

Is the eagle a result of Summon Monster or some SLA?

The Shadow Eagle makes contact with its first talon, but it is not enough to cause harm to the Fairy. Denying the tooth fairy an opportunity to 'interact' and trigger a save.

Gob begins searching the room with Detect Magic.

The fairy, being slightly panicked, flies up to the roof, and circles around and out the door!

Provoking from Zahaz, the Shadow Eagle, and Caith

Zahaz's strike throws the poor fairy off balance, just as Caith makes a grab for the hideous creatures wings. Ah! If it hadn't been for the slippery ground clearly Caith would have been successful! But for the natural 1 on an attack roll always failing, you would have succeeded.

Paralysis:

Some monsters and spells have the supernatural or spell-like ability to paralyze their victims, immobilizing them through magical means. Paralysis from poison is discussed in the Afflictions section.

A paralyzed character cannot move, speak, or take any physical action. He is rooted to the spot, frozen and helpless. Not even friends can move his limbs. He may take purely mental actions, such as casting a spell with no components.

EDIT: Disregard if you have Improved Grapple and I didn't see it.
