I think inspire works on spells if you have to roll to hit, as they are treated as ranged weapons. I'll try to find an FAQ on that. Thus it works on acid splash, but not magic missile.
Not an official FAQ, but a SKR post here that confirms inspire works.

Remember, Urktar has Superstition, so he has to save v. Spells. Channels and Lay on Hands are not subject to this... (Seiran, as a lvl 3 Core Paladin, you should have Lay on Hands. Not seeing it on your sheet. 1d6, 4/day)
@Garrett, you can pull out a Wand as part of a move action, i.e. doing both is a total of a single move (as long as you have at least +1 BAB). Still not enough to save Urktar, but FYI, you still have a standard action available.

Urktar gasps from the savage beating he takes at the hands of the orcs. Mortally wounded, knowing he's about to die, he drops his longspear and draws his greatsword from his sheath.
"Sorry, Bert. I should've been wielding you, so we could take one last slash of glory! Ya weren't a half bad hunk o' cold iron..."
And with that he slumps to the ground, falling out of rage, only alive thanks to the desperate healing of his compatriots.
Looks like your math is correct. Since Urktar's been healed, I'm assuming no need for stabilization roll. That leaves Urktar at -47, i.e. 2 hp away from dead.

I had forgotten that wands could also be drawn as part of a Move Action, thank you for reminding me. I'm on my way to you, Urktar! One square too short...
Garrett looks at one of the several orcs surround Urktar and hopes to delay any further injury to his companion. "Hey ugly, yes, you! What do you call a one-legged goblin? A hobgoblin!" He winces at the awful joke, but it was the best he could come up with under the stress...

The party searches and finds several falchions, a masterwork hide armor, masterwork spear and a potion of cure moderate wounds.

After about 20 minutes the party continues into the enemy forces and finds the enemy leadership.
The stony remains of a ruined edifice provide shelter from the hot winds. Rocks on a stone table hold down a crude map of the valley.

Got anything to take him out sharpish?" Samildanach replies to Devonalia as he once more calls upon Gozreh to bless his allies' sword arms in the coming conflict. "King o' Storms, aid us in this trial to come!"
He then moves forwards with his shield and Trident raised.

When the group prepped for battle and Prisim casts Enlarge Person, Urktar begins arguing with Bert after the sword supposedly notices how fond the half-orc has become of the gnome that so freely embiggens him.
"But she's so adorable. And she could probably fit in my pocket after she makes me big! It's not like you make me bigger and stronger..."
Enlarged with long spear threatens 20' out, for the previously rolled readied attack. Ignore previous dmg (wrong dice)

Garrett immediately begins another rousing speech about a recent battle in the town of Trunau, called the Battle of Bloodmarch Hill. "Despite the horrible attrocities around them and the overwhelming odds, the heroes pushed forward time and time again into the orcish ranks, winning the day in each battle."

The Ogre looks badly hurt.... on hs last legs. the Orc moves forward and casts a spell at Urktar.
