Con damage is not nice, and I'm pretty sure these things are going to bleed us dry faster than we can kill them. I think it may be time to turn on each other instead, he says, from the safety of the furthest planks. ;)
It´s a good and fun idea ;D You can check you´re equipment to see what is not a weapon but can be used "in a goblin way". Or pick a boot to use it as a improvised weapon, push another goblin away, etc
Poog cries in terror distracting himself and being unable to hit the stirge. Chuffy escapes from one stirge and moves away, moving closer to the other stirge.

I haven´t forgotten you guys, but real life sometimes stay in the middle
Wise Mummy Sprattleharsh is completely bored and decides to stop the dare. Wat kin of goblins are those licktoads? They don now to fight well
Dare is over!
Birdcrunchers, we are going to have a pie! With these goblins as our guests!
Then a cacophony of laughs, cheer ups and yells starts. They lead you to the cave, as they approach, the stink of rotten meat and spoiled milk grows. The scent comes from a horrific “pie” that’s been created in a 10-foot-diameter bowl-shaped depression in the rock—the bowl is only 18 inches deep, but filled with a nasty, not-quite-boiling-hot slurry of spoiled milk, mud, swamp water, mashed-up grass, and dead birds. The top is covered over with an incongruously delicious- and flaky-looking pie crust. Several cauldrons of boiling pie filling sit nearby, along with a number of large, dented metal funnels.
Tie them and put them in the pie! All of you are hand and foot tied and put in the boiling mud, along with four eagles. But before that they force you to drink an awful beverage that almost make you vomit, but it makes you feel better too. No more con damage
Final Dare: Bird Pie
You are allowed to carry and use all your equipment.
There´s no map, as you are all in a 10-foot-diameter “bowl”, so you´re all adjacent if you wish.
You obtain points for kill eagles and for going out of the bowl, points for escaping goes in descending order with no points for the last
You are grappled. A successful DC 18 Strength check or DC 22 Escape Artist check is needed to break free of the bonds (or a freed goblin can break another goblin bonds with a standard action and no check)
The pie filling is quite hot, each round a creature remains in the pie, it must succeed at a DC 10 Fortitude save or take 1 point of fire damage.

The Birdcrunchers acclaim Poog as their new chief. He is more brave and strong than the previous three chieftains, and surely he will kill the ogre. Or there will be a forth, fith and maybe sixth chieftain
Wise Mummy Sprattleharsh bless Poog as the new chief and crowns him with and let the new chieftain and any subchieftains get to loot the tribe’s treasure chest.
Poog will need to name the subchieftains, which can be all or none of the other goblins. Even without anyone being a subchief, I´ll suggest to spread the loot a little
The newly important Poog and his subchieftains enter in the royal hut. It´s decorated with a profussion of bird´s bones and has a wooden throne in the center with a chest at it´s feet, inside the coffin you can find; our potions of cure moderate wounds, a potion of fire resistance, a wand of lesser restoration (9 charges), a +1 flaming dogslicer, a Small cloak of elvenkind, a bead of force, a necklace of fireballs (type I), and 5 ounces of sovereign glue.
Once you finish picking all the loot, Wise Mummy Sprattleharsh starts to talk: Now you are our chief, Poog. And a chief has his obligations. I, as the spiritual advisor of our tribe, say your first obligation is to challenge and, hopefully, defeat or drive off
the ogre known as Pa Munchmeat. She talks as if repiting the same words she had used before, maybe even to every previous chieftains since the ogre came.
