She has a fiery temper. Heh. Get it? Fiery. :)
You don't actually know that much about her, but she dwells on the Elemental Plane of Fire, and is one of the four powerful beings collectively known as the Elemental lords. She is served by a cult of fiery creatures – efreet, fire mephits, fire elementals and others. Her followers seek to raise her to divine status, and ultimately gain control over the entire Plane of Fire.
"She should not need a gift," the mayor says, "though it speaks well of you to think of that. She's always been self-sufficient, and I think she will help if you can find her."
Skaar
"Ladies like it when you give 'em gifts", the big orc explains with a shrug.
Good to go!
Davro Iramelis
"There wouldn't happen to be any large beasts roaming the roads on the way to this "Oracle" would there? If so I'd be glad to take care of them on the way." Davro says confidently, Doraga jumping in excitement beside him.
Tasha Mournglory
"Someone living alone out in the middle of nowhere would probably be happy with things those who live in cities and towns take for granted," Tasha says. "Luxury items that are yet useful, such as pickled vegetables, objects of worked metal like new cooking knives, or a cauldron. That sort of thing. Finding a gift that will be welcomed should not be too hard."
Drogusk the Rimed
"Assessing User." chimes the tinny voice of the BrainPal.
Drogusk chimes in, "Our shaman always liked spices and stuff from far away. He couldn't pick those in his woods. Maybe you have those here?"
"Warning: User has sustained damage sufficient to warrant aid. mending wounds.
Suddenly a red glyph appears on Drogusk's head and his wounds appear to close.

"Please, time is of the essence," the mayor says. "If you want to seek a gift, please do so swiftly, but I think it's more important to simply get to the oracle and find out how we can save our village!"
When you're ready to proceed (let me know if you take the mayor up on her offer of horses)...]
As you head south from Blackcrag Cove, signs of the impending disaster are everywhere. Gray ash coats everything in sight. On one side of the road, a house has been entirely crushed by a rock fall and a copse of trees was completely consumed by fire. You pass several families heading away from Blackcrag Cove. Some carry their belongings on their backs; others walk beside wagons jammed full with possessions. The last wagon you pass has a broken wheel. A son and daughter work to fix the wheel while the sad-eyed parents choose what keepsakes to jettison to lighten the wagon’s load.
Tasha Mournglory
Tasha heaves a brief sigh -- and detours towards the family struggling to get their wagon back in shape.
"Give me your hand," she tersely orders the daughter, grabbing the girl's wrist if she does comply quickly enough to suit her. "Vis tauri," the Wizard chants -- and a tide of brute strength flows through the girl's body.
"You have seven minutes," the Wizard announces. "Use them wisely, yes?"
Tasha casts Bull's Strength on the daughter. It should be helpful in fixing the wagon.
Skaar
Skaar mentioned the offer of horses.
Skaar pauses to consider the damaged cart. ”Uh, I’m not cart-gineer but can I help? What if I lift it like this?”
The big orc gets in position and, with a grunt, lifts alleviating the pressure on the broken wheel.

I'm going to assume Skaar reacted first, saving you your spell, Tasha.
The family's eyes get big, first with fear as the orc approaches, and then surprise as he seemingly easily lift the wagon bed!
"Thank you!" the daughter cries as she and her brother redouble their efforts on the wheel. It still takes them some 15 minutes, but clearly far faster than it would have been without your help.
Tasha Mournglory
"You may thank the gentleman and the rest of us by moving out of this area swiftly," Tasha says, her eyes on the horizon. "The more people get clear, the better, I say."
Skaar
Sorry about that. I didn’t noticed that Tasha had ninjaed me!
Skaar grunts in satisfaction and wipes his hands on his leggings. He nods in agreement with the wizard’s assessment. ”Get your family outta here and somewhere safe.”
Drogusk the Rimed
Drogusk gives his horse a kick in the ribs. As he passes by Skaar he gives a nod of approval, whether for the display of prowess or the deed itself is anyone's guess. His head cants slightly to the side as if he's listening to someone talk.
BrainPal speaks up, it's voice ringing in his ears. Querry: resources expended on irrelevant task. Why does User approve?
Drogusk says quietly to himself, "He did a good thing and no one got hurt. Why wouldn't I approve?"

"Maybe I can dissuade them," Tasha says, her voice grim. "Incendium erumpens!"
The Wizard flicks her hand at the trolls, and a bead of flame shoots towards them, whistling. When it reaches its target, it expands into a sphere of roaring flame!
Tasha casts Fireball on her turn -- aimed to encompass as many of the trolls as possible, but not the party members. Damage: 7d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 3, 1, 4, 5, 3) = 20 fire. Reflex save DC18 to halve.

Seeing the other trolls occupied, Davro moves to the edge of the water and taunts the other, hoping to gain it's undivided attention.(top left troll on map)
"Hey ugly, over here!" Davro says, waving his falchion in the air as Doraga growls loudly.

I don't think it's going to matter, but you could retcon in Skaar's healing if you'd like.

Davro: 8

Drogusk's charge catches the nearest troll by surprise and he sinks his blade into its body, blood spurting.
Seconds later, a ball of fire blossoms behind them, just catching the two trolls in its midst, a few tongues of flame licking at the half-orc and his strange companion. The first manages to duck the worst of it, but the second, still staggered by the sword in its guts, is immolated, and crumples to the ground.
Skaar charges the second one, slamming into it, followed moments later by Ideyoshi. Tangled up with Skaar, it claws and bites at the orc wrestler. 21 hp
Davro moves to the shore to taunt the remaining troll, which seeing the carnage you've made of its companions takes the mart road and begins to run away.

Wow. You guys can do some serious damage quickly. I'm going to have to start winning initiative. :)
Tasha Mournglory
"Hold the beast fast," Tasha calls to Skaar and Ideyoshi. She makes an arcane gesture -- and two rays of sizzling heat blast forth from her hand towards the Troll currently entangled with the mighty Orc, while the Wizard mutters a terse "Ignem iubeo!"
Scorching ray, worth two rays. Ranged touch attack #1: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21 for 4d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 2, 2) = 9 fire damage. Ranged touch attack #2: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6 for 4d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 1, 4) = 11 fire damage.
Tasha Mournglory
"I may not know the 'wisdom of the waters'," Tasha says, an expression of grim satisfaction on her face, "but feel free to consult me for the wisdom of fire and ice. Now. Where do we seek this wise sage?"
Skaar
Skaar releases the scorched troll in his grip and lets it slide to the ground. He gives Tasha a grunt of approval before stopping to examine the bite wound in his shoulder.
Skaar
”Thanks”, the big orc says while his wounds are tended. ”You’re not too bad yourself.”
”I think it’s that way”, Skaar replies in answer to Tasha’s question. ”Shouldn’t be too much further.”
Drogusk the Rimed
User: Egress of final humanoid renders situation adequate for conversation once more. says the voice in Drogusk's head.
"Yeah... I get that..." Drogusk looks back towards Tasha and nods with a grin. "Well done." With that he heads back to his horse, eyeing his companions as he does. Not surveying a threat, just assessing him allies.
"Notification: Puns are the lowest form of wit." BrainPal's voice rings out for all to hear.
"Quiet you... I thought it was funny."
Tasha Mournglory
"There is... GREAT power here," Tasha says, the hairs in her neck slowly rising in a primal response. "Overwhelming... If this is not the Oracle we seek, then we may be in terrible trouble."
Skaar
Skaar cocks his head and looks toward the waterfall.
"Well let's check it out", he says while moving that direction.
Skaar
Take 10 for the first two.
Skaar approaches the cliff and slowly muscles his way up its face. When he gets to the slick stone nearer the waterfall he struggles a bit but eventually gets a good grip.
