Globlob Needlefingers |

Globlob shrugs amiably and glances around at all of the so-called "Bah-Grah." "Okay, if you want. Globlob barely know what he sayin', though." And without waiting for anyone to try to stop him, he goes right back to sliding through the motions of interpretive dance between the two groups. Because comedy relief is the true mediator here.

GM Zed |

"Andretta... I am Andretta, and I am very pleased to see you", the woman smiles sincerely before snapping at Ravboom, ”Don’t!!! Let them sleep for goodness’ sake!!! If they wake and see other strangers here they are likely to attack… it’s not their fault, they… oh…", Andretta stops as the first of the sleeping Bha-gra awakes… Groggily, it murmurs to itself as it stands… lips snarl back exposing savage teeth, presumably as it takes in its surroundings and remembers the situation that it found itself in… before the Bha-gra from the southern room start barking at it… backwards and forwards their crude language goes as an argument seems to escalate… before, with Andretta getting ever more tense, dissipating. One by one, the other sleeping bha-gra awake… and each time, they are eventually quietened…
…moving off to one side, the bha-gra – who are still eyeing Andretta with some degree of suspicion – seem to be conversing with each other; allowing Andretta to continue, ”Do you know where we are yet? Did you suffer the same fate as us? Who are you?”… the questions come thick and fast… and, so far at least, Andretta does not seem overly perturbed that the majority of the group are goblins.

Blekk D'spessmun |

Blekk stands off to the side, self-consciously swaying his hips in a poor imitation of Glob's dance. "Dunno about them, but Blekk got picked up by flying circle people last night. Or maybe not last night, not sure. Fell off roof, hit head. Could be last night, could be three years. No way to know..."

Palomia Kasic |
"Let's see...no, seems like it, and I'm Palomia," the summoner responds to the barrage of questions. "These others are Ravboom, Biggun, Solie, Globlob, and Blekk," she continues, indicating each of her companions in turn. "And this is Relas, my companion," she finishes.
She shoots a glance over at the Bha-Gra as they converse among themselves but she doesn't seem too concerned about them at the moment and turns back to Andretta. "Last thing any of us remember is falling asleep..." she stops as Blekk offers up his own tale. "A flying what? I don't know about anyone else but I don't remember anything like that. We just woke up here in these tubes. We've found most of our gear but there's still a lot of doors out there that we've not tried to open...or been able to open."

Blekk D'spessmun |

Blekk nods. "You no have flying circles near you? Huh. Thought everyone did. They come by my village every once in a while, take goblins away. When goblins come back...they different. Flying circle people change them somehow. We put those people in charge then, because they been chosen by the circle people to lead."

![]() |

"Dumb little goblins, not have room in small head for proper think," Biggun said as Blekk explained his tribe. "Biggun just want to smash ones who took Biggun. Then help Solie to take Sun."

GM Zed |

Showing a little self-consciousness as she moves into the main chamber, Andretta enquires of Palomia, ”You have found your clothing then… and your weapons? There was nothing in my room… and the Bahgra, they were unarmed also – although, maybe that was to my advantage”.
As Bleak talks of the manner of his abduction, Andretta wonders aloud, "I have no idea where we are… I was on a trek with friends, on my way to the Temple of the Suns, and we camped beneath the shadow of the Uldenspires… when I awoke, I was in one of those cylinders… and now, the presence of the Bahgra? I am at as much of a loss as to what is going on as you appear to be – you have met no others?'
...and then she picks up on something that Biggun says, "Taking the sun? Which one?"

"Temple of the Sun..." Solie repeats slowly, then her eyes light up like a kid in a candy store. "YES YES I HARNESS THE POWER OF THE SUN! ALL THREE! WHERE ARE OTHER TWO?" Solie walks around the woman as if expecting her to be hiding the others somewhere. "Take me to your cult! Biggun! Take notes!"

Palomia Kasic |
Palomia looks at Andretta uncomprehendingly. "Three suns? You're joking, right? You know as well as the rest of us that there's only one sun in Golarion's sky! Are you sure they didn't hit you over the head before they brought you here?"
Kn. Geography (Untrained; Temple of the Sun?): 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Kn. Geography (Untrained; Uldenspires?): 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
^Brilliant as always!

GM Zed |

Palomia – you have never heard of the Uldenspires nor the Temple of the Suns…
Andretta is coming to the same conclusion as the rest of the friends, ”My world has three suns; the ‘Wife’ and the ‘Suitor’ that dance an endless trail across the skies… and then, every century, the ‘Vengeful Husband’ returns – it is a time of wildfires, of drought and of pestilence through which our people must struggle before the years of prosperity return. The Cult of the Solar Engineers seek to harness the energy of the ‘Vengeful Husband’ – some have even spoken of capturing and holding it in place somehow…”.
For a moment Andretta seems wistful… as if she is already resigned to the fact that she is far from ‘home’, ”You say your lands have only one Sun? …and that your world is called ‘Golarion’? You are not of my world, the Bhagra are not of my world… nor of your world… We have been taken by someone or something that can move between the worlds – but why? And why us in particular? Blekk, you say you encountered flying circles? How about the rest of you – did anything unusual happen in the days before you awoke here? Nothing like Blekk’s circles happened to me… I suppose there was an unusual light in the sky a few days ago – but I thought it nothing more than a shooting star”.
…and, finally 'answering' the question that has been whirling through everyone’s heads, ”I’m afraid I have no more idea of where we are than you do… and whilst we remain here, with no windows nor view of the sky, we are unlikely to get the answers we seek”.

Ravboom |

"Ravboom blow up stupid gel thing that think it smarter than Ravboom. Sollie and Biggun Die and become ghosts, maybe tank make them alive again. Maybe we all die in Ravboom explosion and just dream we alive, maybe this place go when die. If so, Rav want money back, not worth trip." He spits on the ground, and begins to examine the tanks in this room, to see if there are any differences. "Slimy goo thing came from falling star, so that similar. Wonder if dogs have same issue. Why two groups of dogs? Two humies, one nutty gnome, and three goblins... oh and Biggun, not sure what he is. Think maybe Giant and Goblin got busy, make dumb in-between goblin." He thinks on that one for a second. "Must have been male goblin and female giant..."

![]() |

While the others talk of saner things, Solie is hunched over in the corner cackling like a lunatic and rubbing her hands together in front of her.
"Make smaller sun stay put... Reign of Fire and Sun... Solie show them all... He he he he..."

Palomia Kasic |
"Or to put that into words that actually make sense, most of us were poking around a mostly-abandoned village based on rumors about a fallen star of some kind. I'm not sure what the falling star actually was, but things got strange in a hurry with a lot of the local goblin residents turning violent and killing each other," Palo explains.
"We followed the leads we had to an abandoned house that was inhabited by some...strange creatures. Weird blob monsters, a thing with sticky tendrils and finally some sort of creature that kept speaking in our minds - called himself...itself?...'Vuelib'." She looks at Andretta, hoping for some sort of spark of recognition. "Does any of that make any sense to you or a ring a bell? We killed it and then went back to the village to rest - and woke up here in the tubes."
She gestures towards Blekk. "He wasn't with the rest of us, but we all woke up together in the same room."

Ravboom |

Ravboom looks up from his pokings in the interiors of the tubes. "How so local gobbies turning violent and killing each other strange?" He looks at Glob and Blekk. "That pretty much damn near normal every day thing, yes?"

Blekk D'spessmun |

Blekk smirks. "There be some gobbo families near my tribe...been killin' each other for hundreds of years now. Nobody knows why anymore, but they still doin it. Friend of mine sells them "special rocks" to throw at each other-takes all their money! But his secret, they're just regular rocks. Don't tell the gobbos, k?"
He conspiratorially winks at Ravboom.

Globlob Needlefingers |

Globlob pauses in his dancing to peer over to Andretta, nodding enthusiastically. "Yeah, yeah, yeah," he says, his ears flapping about as though he means to take off, "Goblins always fighting goblins! Is no new thing. But she right, we leave. Pick a door."

Relas |

"That seems kinda pointless to kill each other all the time," Relas comments, frowning as much as a cat-creature can frown. "Wait...some sort of 'survival of the fittest' thing? In that case it makes sense, sort of..."
After a moment, he shakes his head. "Anyway, Glob's right - there's still a bunch of doors left to try. Going west didn't work so maybe we should try going east instead!"

![]() |

"East? Can't see outside, how you figure east?" Solie asks, suspicious of the summon. "Go that way." Solie points off the same direction Relas had indicated. "Much less ambiguous, see? Someone, not me, go first."

GM Zed |

Andretta nods as the group, some more lucidly than others, explain how they got here, ”Whoever… whatever brought us here has technology and immense power… we must tread very carefully… and we must escape as soon as we can”
As the group, now with Andretta following close to Relas, move out into the central chamber, the Bhagra watch with some interest… it appears, although it is impossible to tell without a shared language, that they are content to let the strange dancing goblin take all the risks… Moving towards the eastern door (although, as Solie points out it is more of a feeling than a certainty about where north is… or whether it is there at all!!!), the more attentive of the party can hear noises emanating from the other side of the door…
With weapons to hand, someone attempts to open the door… and is rewarded with a loud buzzing sound as the door remains steadfastly closed. The shuffling noises from behind the door stop, and are replaced with guttural – yet indistinct – voices…
Any preparation before things go bad? Not saying they will… but they might!!!

Biggun places Ravboom in the front as a meatshield! Not really, just kidding!
Gripping his chain, Biggun maneuvers himself to the front, ready to lash out at the first thing he sees in the otherside of the door.

GM Zed |

...the over sized goblin is about halfway through unfurling his chain when the door, near silently, opens – and, standing behind the door, three imposing humanoids - one of whom is holding a metal cylinder to the disk on its side of the door. Unlike anything any of the friends have seen before, these creatures gaze at Biggun with unblinking, milk-white eyes, claws and wicked bone spurs ready to rend as green, calcified skin covers their body like a hardened exoskeleton.
…and, for the second time since waking, the friends hear their language being spoken, ”Prisoners return to their cells or suffer pain”

Kn. Planes: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
Palomia wracks her brains trying to figure out what the strange creatures might be, but they seem totally alien to anything else she's ever seen or heard of before. But her eyes light up at the sound of familiar words.
"We're not your prisoners and you're about to be in a world of hurt!" she snarls as she steps forward and raises her crossbow.
Intimidate (Demoralize): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22

Attack (Bite): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Move to current position, then standard to attack.

Blekk D'spessmun |

Blekk moves up to the closest lizard man, and then drinks something in a glass bottle simply marked with a big smiley face. He makes a face as he swallows it, but then grins hugely to reveal his teeth growing long and pointy, as are the claws on his hands. "Hoooo boy, this feels GOOD! Blekk eaten many lizards before, none as big as you though. Gonna be good eatin' tonight, friends!"
Move action up to a lizard dude, Standard to chug my STR-boosting feral mutagen.

Clattering down hard, Biggun’s brutal chain knocks the ‘dumb lizard thing’ to the ground… it twitches once and is then still…

Remarkably, Palomia’s words cause hesitation in her foes…
Klaven are Shaken for 2 rounds.

The creature attacked by Relas claws viciously at the eidolon... but, as the calcified blades swing at Relas, he ducks out of the way quite easily...
The second creature, bringing a bone-like device up to its chest, ‘fires’ it in much the same way that the Boomrav is used. A thorny projectile, some six inches in length – thuds into the centre of Biggun's chest.

Globlob Needlefingers |

Globlob, after taking a good few seconds to take stock of the situation, knows what to do. He draws in a deep breath and starts to belt out a rousing song to keep his companions in the fight!
"They big and mean and green,
But they not on our team!
Tear them down!
Beat them 'round!
Bet they taste nice and lean!"
+1 to all allies' attack and damage rolls for three rounds!

Palomia Kasic |
Round 2
"No, no I don't think so," Palo responds in an almost casual manner as she steps forward. She raises her crossbow and fires at the creature tangling with Relas.

Round 2
"Whoa, what are these things??" Relas gasps as he dodges the creative's claws. Not wanting to find out what would happen if one of them managed to strike him, he shuffles around the creature to allow Blekk to close in as well before attempting to deliver another vicious bite.

Blekk D'spessmun |

How do I get my icon on the map thingy? Just so that I know where I am in relation to everyone else in the future. For now, I guess I'm just flanking with Relas-if the guy isn't dead already, haha.

GM Zed |

Blekk – apologies, I should have added your icon… I will do it tonight (note that everyone has… or at least should have) edit rights to the maps so that you can move your own icons…
Shuffling the group's attacks around in favour of party…
Relas, slinking around to a flanking position behind the lizardfolk-like creature, bites… and, finding exposed flesh, bites hard… with the creature in a vice-like grip, Relas shakes his prey furiously before letting it fall limply to the floor…
…and then Biggun and Palomia turn their attention to the remaining creature – Palomia’s bolt thuds hard into its shoulder before Biggun, moving with purpose now, swings his chain and sends the last of the group’s attackers to the floor.
…just as the door to the north-east opens, and from the small room beyond, a similar refrain as three more of the lizard-folk like creatures heft their weapons, ”Prisoners return to their cells or suffer pain”.
Map update to follow - Solie, Blekk and Ravboom may act now

Ravboom |

Sorry I haven't been posting, I've been working 50+ hours a week, plus travel, plus being exhausted and/or sick on the weekends from overworking. Things should start to return to normal again next week.
Ravboom watches the others demolish the original three, and nods, holding his last few rounds jealously. But then, when the new door opens, he grins. Good spot... generally Andretta will remain as a non-combatant but she's got a few buffs which I will apply when it seems necessary / thematic / desparate!!! In terms of her initiative, if she does act, it will be at the same init count as the enemies... PBP gets super-clunky if the GM acts on two separate initiative counts each round...
Gameplay post will happen later on when I get in front of something that can manipulate the map.
Also... No worries Ravboom, take the time you need to get the batteries recharged.

Blekk D'spessmun |

Blekk stares at the corpse of the lizard thing laying at his feet. "Aww...Blekk wanted a piece of that."
He then moves back to the main room, and then drinks another vial of liquid-this time, growing until he's about an inch shorter than Biggun.
"Biggun, later you gotta tell me how you make the bigness last-can only keep this up for a few minutes. Can see why you like it though, everyone else so small!"
Moving back towards the new enemies (stupid 20 feet movespeed...) and drinking an Enlarge Person extract-I have 1 Cure Light Wounds one and a Heightened Awareness one left for the day.

Round 3
"There's more!?" Relas gasps as the sounds of gunfire echo from behind them. Following after Biggun and Blekk, he bounds out of the room and towards the sounds of new fighting. Upon seeing that quarters up ahead looked rather tight, he slows and stops behind Blekk.
Move Relas to just behind Blekk, please!
