I use a system where all rolls move in an order, and preview.
I roll two attacks, preview, and add rolls accordingly.
So Confirm used to be Attack 2, but as Attack 1 was a critical, it automatically becomes to confirm instead.
For future discussions, lets use the discussion thread.

Round 3 Wrap up
Goblin 4 lashes out with his dogslicer at Sorin but his swing goes wide once again. Ariza you step back and set the goblins loin cloth on fire. The smell of burning fecal matter and urine starts to drift through the air. Denche your dagger digs into the beasts eye and you pull the eye out as you retrieve your dagger. It snarles at you in definace, blood and fluids leaking out of the hole in its head. Rak you are able to 5' step and flank the dog with Denche and your powerful swing snaps the dogs spine and it falls limp and lifeless to the ground with a loud audible crack and thump. Goblin 2 is now awake but can not take actions for another 2 rounds. Goblin 3 runs away once he notices his crotch is on fire. "She set my ding ding on fire" he shouts out in goblin is he runs away. Sorin your first attack misses but your second attack digs deep into the goblins thigh.

There is still one more goblin standing that if you wanted to try to capture and interrogate you can otherwise the battle field is clear.
Ariza Zanimila
"That's right you little moron!" shouts Ariza. "Your ding ding is going to burn right off. You better run or I'll cut it off first!!
She turns toward the remaining Goblin, a rueful smile on her face. "Do we want this one to have little flaming pee pee too?" she asks no one in particular. "One of you get ready to run and catch it if you tell me to go ahead"
Ariza tells Rezzin to follow the flaming Goblin from a safe distace and using high places wherever needed in order to see if we can see where it goes
Denche
"YEA! All clear!" He says after looking around. The half-orc then slowly, but menacingly, approaches the stunned goblin, taking out his rope at the same time.
"Since he is so kind and presented himself, let's go with your plan Rak. I'll tie him up and then we have all the time in the world."
He looks around nervously. "If the city is safe already."
Rak Opal
Rak follows Denche and helps him tie up the swooning goblin, mostly just to make sure that the goblin doesn't surprise Denche in the middle of this. "I don't speak their tongue, so one of you will have to ask all the questions."
When Denche wonders if the rest of the city is safe, Rak turns his ear back towards town and listens to see if he can hear any other disturbances.
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12
Denche
"Thanks, we'll try. Check their leader for anything interesting, perhaps their tribe could be identified."
and in a hushed voice "And shake up that paralysed bastard, we just saved his life."
Denche kneels besides the tied goblin and wipes the dagger on his head, like it was a rag. Finally looking into his eyes, he says
He motions to Ariza and makes a sidestep back.
Rak Opal
Following Denche's advice, Rak proceeds to search the leader for anything interesting that might help identify them (and anything valuable, of course). He'll proceed to search the remaining goblin bodies as well, adding anything he finds to the group's loot.
During all this, he addresses the "noble" from the night before. "Fancy man, are you just going to stand there? What do you know of these goblins; what happened?"
Ariza Zanimila
Ariza saddles up beside Denche. "Hey there big guy! Whatcha got there?"
Ariza reaches down between the stunned Goblin's thighs and takes hold of his loincloth.
Knowledge (History): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16
Ariza rolling to see if there is anything historically she has studied about goblins she can use as something else to cause fear

*slow golf clap*
The goblin gets even more wide eyed as Ariza grabs him by the loincloth. He responds in common the best he can "What you want to know? I know little. Know we were supposed to distract while master did grand plan."
The noble looks at Rak and shakes his head. "I was just walking my dog when they attacked...if it wasn't for you I'd be dead probably...thank you so much for helping me" the noble walks up and gets Rak in a tight hug, pressing the dwarfs head firmly against his stomach.
Rak Opal
Rak looks uncomfortable as he endures the hug for what he feels is an appropriate amount of time. He awkwardly extricates himself from the embrace, then nervously picks at his clothing as if getting everything in order again. He responds without quite making eye contact. "Yes, well, that's quite alright then. Sorry we couldn't save the dog."
Denche
Denche feels he filled his role and seeing Rak locked in a hug, chuckles and moves to inspect the corpses.

Ariza Zanimila
"You guys get over here. I am not dealing with the vile little bugger alone! I need someone to help me make sure he is telling all of the truth."
Sense Motive: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20
"What Master? I want a name. I want a location. I want the name of his first born child and his dog. I want to know what he had for dinner last night. And if there is anything I forgot to ask about the 'master' I want you to tell me what I didn't ask and then tell me the answer."
Before the Goblin could answer, she continued, gripping the loincloth a little tighter and moving her hand toward the goblin's 'wee wee' and shuddering on the inside. I can't believe I am doing this!
"What is grand plan? I want details. I want to know everything you were asked to do. I want you to tell me everything the 'master' asked your friends to do. Out with it, now!!"
For added measure, she gripped a little harder, and then made a look of concentration cross her face.
Rezzin, go have a playful jump on the noble's back and make sure that he didn't swipe anything from Rak
Rezzin Sleight of Hand: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 1 = 10
DM Mathpro
As Rak free's himself from the mans hug Rezzin jumps on the mans back and starts letting his hands roam making sure the man didn't swipe anything. The noble goes stiff and tries to reach for Rezzin but can't quite reach him. He looks at Rak "Can you get him off me please."
Ariza as you question the goblin you feel a certain hardening under your touch. "Master is...master I not know her name...Chief ripnugget never told me...I was just supposed to cause problems...be goblin...She going to be mad you killed her friends...she's going to kill you. We located in old fort long walk from town."
Rak Opal
Rak turns and starts to ask for Ariza's help with Rezzin. "Ariza..." he starts, but trails off as the scene in front of him starts to sink in.
He turns back to the "noble." "Yeah, she seems busy, and I don't really have any influence over the monkey." Rak stands there awkwardly, looking from the man to the monkey and back to the man. "I'm sure he'll finish up shortly?"
Rak Opal
I left that (monkey or goblin) up to interpretation... ;)
"So, my good man, Sorin here asked you a question. Are these kinds of goblin attacks common? I was thinking that Sandpoint tended to live on good terms with the goblins of the area, and that an attack like this seems unusual. Isn't that true?"
Denche
So, did we find any loot or markings?
The half-orc finishes his inspection and stands up from the ugly corpse in front of him. Little scum; like baby orcs, but worse.
Ariza Zanimila
Ariza loosens her grip just a little.
Rezzin Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15
Denche
Hearing angry goblin again, Denche returns to Ariza's side, facing the captive. He unsheathes his dagger and looks at it for a bit, twisting his wrist slightly to see if there is a shine to it. Content, he starts cleaning the grit under his nails.
Without averting his focus, he says coldly: "Is he talking or do I need to make a point?", at the same time swiftly pointing the dagger to the goblin's left eye.
Ariza Zanimila
"He's talking. Being a little hard about it, but I think we'll curb that issue. He is saying something about chief ripnugget and a fort. Says ol' ripnugget is going to kill me now" She chuckles.
"Stay nearby, if you don't mind. I'd like you close in case there are any surprises."
Denche
50ft is ~17m, so he's wrapped like a jojo — no way he could break free or run away
Denche withdraws the dagger and grins.
Are you sure this chief ripnugget wasn't the rider commanding them? It seems but a minute ago that I put a rip in his nugget with this here dagger.
Sorin Scrimshaw
"Can we not say that name outloud so much?"
Soren wasn't a squeamish man, but he shifted uncomfortably at the very vivid name of "Ripnugget." He had been cocky a few times to almost detrimental effects, and it was enough to make him respect other men's "baskets" as a rule of honor.
In short, you can kill a man with so much of a whim, but do not play with his sack. In any case, Sorin does not really approve of threatening the nether regions.
Note, this is all in character
Ariza Zanimila
Ariza lets the goblin fall to the ground.
"Looks like ripnuggets is to the northeast. You guys can do what you want to this ... thing ... now. I am finished with it. I do think it would be fun to have it tied up like a puppy and leading us to the mangy creature responsible for the atrocities on this poor town.
I need to get some rest, though. This whole ordeal has tired me out."
Let me know if you see anything little buddy."
With that, Ariza begins the short walk back toward the tavern.
Rak Opal
Rak moves over to the goblin, picking him up off the ground and getting him standing upright again. "Can't leave you here like this; Denche'll want his rope back if nothing else. Can't let you go free, lest you tell someone we're on our way. Let's go find us a guard, shall we?"
Rak will look from Sorin to Denche to see if either intend to accompany him, otherwise, he'll head off with the goblin in search of a guard to turn the creature over to. He'll then head over to the tavern to meet up with everyone.
Denche
"Yes, we need to find the sheriff and probably the mayor too. She'll want to know."
Denche steps to the tied goblin and tells him to move in goblin, nudging him slightly.
"... and then I can hopefully fix my bow."
DM Mathpro
As you walk off toward the tavern, Aldern jogs up to you. "Mind if I by you a drink, as thanks for saving me back there. I feel we may have gotten off on the wrong foot and I might have come on to...strongly yesterday. I apologize if I have offended you."
You find the one of the town guards in the street trying to restore order after the attacks. As you approach with a goblin he says "You'll need to talk to the Sheriff about your prisoner there, I can take you to him if you wish." Not waiting for an answer he heads off towards the Sheriff's office. There is a line of people waiting outside of the office to report crimes. The people give you a wide birth however as they see the treasure Rak is carrying and that you have captured one of the goblins. As you enter the Sheriffs office you see a man with a bottle of brandy in one hand sitting at his desk rubbing his temples. "Yes what crime are you here to report" he says not even bothering to look at you.
Rak Opal
Ariza Zanimila
"I just got finished burning loincloths that smelled like things you don't want to imagine. Then I had to put my hand way too close to a goblin 'wee wee'. After all that, do you really think I am in the mood to have a drink or even think about how we got off on each others feet yesterday? I am going to wash up and have a tea at that lovely establishment. Then I am going to have a rest to recuperate my powers. Hopefully that nice waitress from yesterday will be around to help me find what I need. I can't stop you from walking with me to the tavern, but I will draw the line at the door where I draw my bath.
I already have one pet and this one is nattering about me like another one. I wonder what he is up to? What does he wat? Rezzin, darling, come and watch my back; especially keep an eye on this one.
DM Mathpro
At your stiff words the Noble stops "I see...well if you want something to do tomorrow you and your companions are free to join me on a boar hunt. I like to go out about once a month. Loads of fun and I'll provide the horses. Meet at the stables at around 10 if you wish to join me." He then saunters off towards the edge of town.
The sheriff looks up in surprise at Rak's words and then jumps to his feet "Great green goblin...you captured one ALIVE? That...thats amazing. Did he have any useful information like why the town was attacked? Throw him in here for now." he says and then gets a set of keys off his desk and opens an empty cell door. Once the goblin is inside he undies the rope and hands it back to Rak. [b]"You have done a great service to Sandpoint young men. Come I'll buy you all a round at the Rusty Dragon as thanks." He makes his way out of the garrison and to the crowd outside. "Garrison's closed all crime reports can be made tomorrow morning starting at Dawn. Go home and be with your loved ones." There is a bit of protest from the crowd but eventually it disperses as you make your way back to the Rusty Dragon.
Rak Opal
Ariza Zanimila
Follow him please Rezzin. Let me know where he goes.
Stealth for Rezzin: 1d20 ⇒ 16 Can he do that?
Ariza continues to walk toward the tavern. He seems so forward, which probably means he wants something - and since he is male ... but I am a little wee gnome. That's just ... ewwww. Men! She rolls her eyes subconsciously.
When she arrives at the tavern, she looks around for the nice waitress that helped her the other day.
I really just want a warm bath and a cup of that wonderful tea; then I need sleep.
Denche
Happy to have done some good already, Denche packs up the rope properly and catches up with the rest.
On the way to the tavern, the half-orc can't help but ask the sheriff about his problem. He feels like a mason without a hammer, a pigeon without a worthy place to shit on.
"Sheriff, while battling the first wave of goblins my bowstring tore. Do you have anyone on duty that could attach a new one? Who maintains the garrison's weaponry?"
DM Mathpro
Nice spoiler label and more to the point then mine so I stole it lol
The Sheriff smiles at Denche and nods "You good lad need to talk to Savah Bevaniky, the owner of Savah's Armory. If you want I can take you there, though we'll have to pass the Rusty Dragon to do so? She might be back in her shop after todays events." He then realizes something and turns to everyone with him. "Names Balor by the way, I haven't introduced myself. I'm Balor Hemlock, Sheriff of Sandpoint."
Denche
programmers... ;P
"I think my friends here are eager for a drink. How about we drop them off at the tavern, I leave my bow at Savah's and we return to join them?"
Rak Opal
DM Mathpro
Sorry Ariza was going to post for you to but forgot...a lot on my mind today so bare with me and I appologize]
[ooc]Rezzin will track him for you
The bartender is there from the night before and the bar is PACKED. Everyone that was out at the festival has crammed into here. She is frantically trying to take all the orders from everyone. She seems you come in and smiles widely at you and then motions for you to take a seat at the last open table in the corner before getting back to work.
A few minutes after you sit down a thin Tien woman with black hair tied back in a pony tail comes over "I hear you are interested in tea ceremonies" she says in a heavy Tien accent. [b]"My server said you were in last night. Mind if I join you and we can talk tea? My name is Ameiko Kaijitsu" she says giving a flourished bow.
Ariza Zanimila
Not a problem at all. No need to apologize.
Ariza waves at the waitress and nods her head in a thankful gesture. She then walks to the table, flops into the seat, and holds her head in her hands. It's noisy in here!.
After a moment, she senses a presence and looks up to see a beautiful Tienese woman standing near the table. Ariza can hardly contain her excitement when she hears the lady's question.
"I would love for you to join me!" Ariza claps her hands excitedly. "I just hope you don't mind. I must look frightful, and I am positive that I must smell even worse. If my state of being is too offensive, I would certainly love the chance to clean up so we can concentrate on our conversation. If, on the other had, you are ok with how I look and smell ...?" She trails off questioningly.
DM Mathpro
Thanks for the code reference Ariza...almost spit poweraide all over my work computer laughing so hard...haven't see the not operator in AGES...then again I don't code anymore
Ameiko laughs at Ariza and then shakes her head "If you would like I could bring up some tea and food to your room and show you a tea ceremony? I have just the right one in mind I think. How about I come up in say am hour? I want to give you enough time to get all the blood ...and what ever else...off you." she says gesturing to your soiled hand.
Ariza Zanimila
Well, I guess I am showing my age, then. I am not a programmer, but i have always liked the thought of being one. What do they use instead of ! for NOT these days?
"I would love nothing more than that. Hopefully my companions will be along in a while, so please make sure your bouncers don't let them interrupt the ceremony (or my bath!). I will see you then."
