5' step to M12. I then launch another Fireball - this time it's the empowered one. It detonates in the MN 18-19 intersection and hits the frost giants in IJ 18-19, LM 15-16, PQ 16-17 and PQ 22-23, plus the bugbears in K16 and N15. Damage 10d6=38x1.5=57 fire, Reflex 20 for half.
Claw and Gjetost hold their actions waiting for Pip to speed things up.

bugbear in n15 dead bugbear; the one in k16 is half dead; the giant in ij 18-19 ducked, but the other three took the fireball full brunt.
"Kill the fire thrower!!! Aye, bugbearfolk!! Brothers!! Kill the fire thrower, then we'll have our disagreement later!"
says the giant in ij 18-19.

You could move to N9 and flank the bugbear in M9 with Claw. There are some other opportunities, but they leave you uncomfortably close to grumpy frost giants.
That’ll do!
1d20 + 22 ⇒ (5) + 22 = 27 Damage: 1d6 + 4 + 6d6 ⇒ (1) + 4 + (6, 6, 1, 3, 4, 4) = 29 + 6 bleed, 2 strength …

Claw lashes out against his attackers.
No move. He's attacking the bugbear in M9; if it falls, he switches to the one in K8. Attack roll 1: 20!+16+3(bard)+1(haste)+2(flank w/Beldan)=AC 42, crit confirm 11+16+3+1+2=AC 33, damage 18+8+3(bard)=29x2=56. Attack 2: 9+16+3+1=AC 29, damage 19+8+3=30. Attack 3 (bonus from Haste): 13+16+3+1=AC 33, damage 18+8+3=29.
Gjetost steps closer to the nearest giant, club swinging.
5' step to NO 12-13 before attacking the giant in LM 15-16. Attack 1: 10+19+3(bard)+1(haste)-3(power attack)=AC 30, damage 10+16+3(bard)+9(power attack)=38. Attack 2: 10+14+3+1-3=AC 25, damage 8+16+3+9=36. Attack 3(bonus from Haste): 12+19+3+1-3=AC 32, damage 11+16+3+9=39.
Elgan and Stig still to go.

I think your giant is pretty messed up. So if you take a 5' step to R8 you can drop any leftover attacks on the bugbear in R7. Also, don't forget your bardic bonus and the bonuses from Haste!
Edit: Aha!
The frost giant is pretty effed up after stig hits him; stig to r9, but he's still in the fight.

Claw punches straight through twitching m9's head, killing him, and then uses him to throttle k 8 twice; k 8 is still up but really tore the hell up. Beldan looks dismayed at the heinousness of it all....guts in the snow... bugbear parts here and there....
Gjetost follows suit, wailing on his foe, hewing him down before Elgan and leaving him free to go after ravening bugbears.

frost giant at hi 5-6 to hi 8-9, swings an axe at Claw, 22 h.p. damage with a nonmagical weapon....
the bugbear at j5 aoo's him, hitting him in the leg; then moves to L8; he and the bugbear at k8 both miss Claw.
The trio of bugbears at d11, f11, and e14 move to j10, j11, and j12; the j10 misses claw, the other two swing on pip; one hits for 16 h.p. damage; Pip can do his save thing to take half damage.
Bugbear s11 trades blows with frost giant tu 12-13, and both seem somewhat wounded; I guess they didn't get the new battle orders.
Bugbear at k16 moves to j16 and attacks elgan....he misses.
Giant at pq 16-17 moves to no 15-16, and misses Gjetost.....
Giant at ij 18-19 moves to gh 16-17 and throws a boulder at Altai,
dealing 17 h.p in damage.
The giant at pq 23-24 moves to qr 20-21. Bugbear at t 18 falls to his axe, and the giant at uv 18-19 fells the other two bugbears at u18 and v 17, after taking a horrible wound from both of them.
finally, the giant at de 21-22 fells the bugbear at d20 he was fighting; and joins in the chorus....."brother bugbears! Let's finish these pretty pretty smooth skinned interlopers!"
Now stand seven and seven.....
group's attack.

"Burn, giantkin! I won't stop until you are all reduced to cinders!" Altai has a slightly mad gleam in his eye as he keeps bombing away at the giants and bugbears.
5' step to M11. Then it is time for more explosions!!! This time, I'm using my bonded item to recast my empowered Fireball. It goes off in the intersection of GH 8-9 and hits the frost giant in HI 5-6 and the bugbears in J5, J10, J11 and J12. Damage 38 fire x1.5=57. Reflex 20 for half damage.
dungeonmaster heathy
Hi 5-6 is at Hi 8-9 now; he gets fireballed but good though; but he's still up.
j5 bugbear moved to L8 so he's not in it; j12 saved but the other two took full; they're still up but well injured by another fiery blast.

Gjetost parries his attacker before laying into him with his greatclub.
No move. He's attacking the giant in NO 15-16. Attack 1: 12+19+3(bard)+1(haste)-3(power attack)=AC 32, damage 12+16+3(bard)+9(power attack)=40. Attack 2: 11+14+3+1-3=AC 26, damage 11+16+3+9=39. Attack 3(bonus from Haste): 10+19+3+1-3=AC 30, damage 13+16+3+9=41.
Gjetost is a beast - he's regularly hitting AC 30+ and doing 35+ damage on very average rolls.

Crap!!! Me and my faulty mapmaking. I hadn't noticed the northernmost pair moving south. Can I center the bomb at FG 11-12 instead then? Then it hits the mouthy giant in GH 16-17, the three bugbears and the HI 8-9 giant instead.
Elgan Dreadwood
If it makes any difference, both of Elgan's slam attacks should use the same attack bonus, so the second attack hits AC 26.
This form gives me one basic attack. (at full bonus) I get a second for my level (at the reduced bonus) and I got the 3rd from Haste. Not nearly as impressive as the full attack spread I get from the other forms, but I'm stronger and better AC now! AND I get a little DR/slashing, which helps here! :)
Elgan Dreadwood
Still don't have a clue where I am,... ;P sory. So same as before. Move to the next viable target (without moving to close to others who want to pound me!) and whale on it. UNLESS they are getting too close to Altai, in which case he moves back to the wiz to stand guard, and teh following attacks are AoO's on the first to step inside my LARGE reach! ;)
Slam, Slam, Thank you Maa'm! :)
1d20 + 18 ⇒ (5) + 18 = 231d8 + 14 + 1d6 + 1d6 ⇒ (6) + 14 + (1) + (3) = 241d20 + 14 ⇒ (11) + 14 = 251d8 + 14 + 1d6 + 1d6 ⇒ (7) + 14 + (6) + (5) = 321d20 + 18 ⇒ (13) + 18 = 311d8 + 14 + 1d6 + 1d6 ⇒ (5) + 14 + (6) + (6) = 31
Altai Iscarni
You don't need to move - you have two bugbears and a frost giant within reach. And, if you had to move, you'd only get one attack, no matter if you're affected by Haste. Finally, the rules for wild shape are different in PF than in 3.5, so your forms are all wrong. In this case, it won't matter too much - the level 12 plant form lets you become Huge and do more damage and get more reach, but only gives you a +8 STR modifier instead of the old +12.
After my Fireball placement fiasco this round, I thought a map update would be in order. Here's my best effort:
Us:
Claw KL 9-10
Pip : K 12
Elgan: LM 13-14
Altai: M 11
Beldan: N 9
Gjetost: NO 12-13
Stig: R 8
Them:
Bugbears: J10, J11, J12, K8, L8, S11
Frost giants: DE 21-22, GH 16-17, HI 8-9, NO 15-16, QR 20-21, TU 12-13, UV 18-19
Thus, Elgan can reach the bugbear threatening Pip in J12, the bugbear in melee with him in K15 and the frost giant fighting Gjetost in NO 15-16.
PS: Claw needs some help - he's facing a frost giant and four bugbears. Fast healing and insane AC only helps against that for so long...

You have two bugbears sharing a space with Claw though. This is resolved if Claw is in KL 9-10 rather than 8-9.
Beldan moves around to M7, avoiding AoOs and stabs the bugbear he is flanking with claw (in L8). 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (11) + 23 = 34 Damage: 1d6 + 4 + 6d6 ⇒ (3) + 4 + (3, 4, 1, 5, 3, 6) = 29
