Gittik hits, but he draws no blood from the Vudran.
It's like hitting a side of beef with a bat; the kukri, which should've bit deep, doesn't leave a scratch.
My wife's dad was in India in WW II, flying troops over the hump (Himalayas) into China. He brought back a ghurka knife. Man is it a big brick of a chunk of metal. I wonder about the 1d4 damage myself...
dungeonmaster heathy
Beldan uses rapid reload to keep the crossbow bolts coming. No move, shoot at G12, then I12 if the first one goes down.
1d20 + 16 Damage: 1d8 + 5d6 + 2
1d20 + 11 Damage: 1d8 + 5d6 + 2
Two shots, two kills. One falls to the floor, the other one pitches over into the water.
dungeonmaster heathy
Little reminder....
the Vudran, who doesn't get shaving cuts from a ghurka knife, is at H6.
Two blind golddusted cavemen are at G8 and I8.
One caveman is at g14, looking at Stiggy with a look of shock and awe.
And one white-tiger headed humanoid with backwards thumbs and a bastard sword and shield is at i14; he is purring like a chainsaw.
Stiggy and Oso remain to wreak havoc...

Ok, so I gutted the guy at i14, right? No g14. (confused from above post) So this is on i14.
att1 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (19) + 19 = 38
dam1 2d6 + 4 ⇒ (2, 6) + 4 = 12
att2 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (10) + 14 = 24
dam2 2d6 + 4 ⇒ (5, 5) + 4 = 14
Oso Legumbe
Now that Stig has cleared the way, Oso charges down the deck to HI/10-11 and swings at the head of the blinded man on the stairs. Aiming for his neck.
"Rarrrrggggggh!"
Rage, Charge, Power Attack, take cleave as my weapon master feat for this round. First attack 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (12) + 19 = 31, Damage 2d8 + 16 ⇒ (6, 7) + 16 = 29, and if he falls then cleave into the other blinded man. Cleave attack 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (6) + 19 = 25, Damage 2d8 + 16 ⇒ (7, 6) + 16 = 29.

And those were all supposed to be +24 not +4. So that's another 60 or 80 points in damage. From an earthbreaker I guess Stiggy might be pulling bits of this guy out of his beard for a while. Math follows:
(38 to hit & crit) 32+36+29=97 damage
(24 to hit) 34 damage
Lets hope that got passed his DR...

The blinded duod is too far away to cleave and whatnot.

One caveman is at g14, looking at Stiggy with a look of shock and awe.Damn. And, yeah, the guy in G14 is already down.
Yeah; what Vatters said....
dungeonmaster heathy
Stiggy hews hard, hits once; throttles the rakshasa in the head, bones are cracked badly.
Stiggy's wrists impact so hard, they feel broken but they're allright.
They'll swell and burn him on cold mornings in his old age; and Stiggy'll use that as a good excuse for warm rum; don't know what his wife'll say....
The rak, hard wounded, is still able to weave like a panther out of the way of the followthrough second swing, though his bell is hard rung, his skull broken by the earthbreaker, and blood runs out of his ears.
The giant holy man also thrashes the rakshasa once, almost killing the panther-headed shifter.
His second blow (which I'm using the cleave to substitute for) also misses; sore wounded, this thing's still nimble.
dungeonmaster heathy
The vudran now has a head like this.
He five foots away from Gittik, to i6, snapping his beaky schnazz, taunting the peterpanning hobniz.
He casts a lightning bolt on Altai; dc 18 dispel check for Elganwolf to counterspell it.
dungeonmaster heathy
The headwounded rak swings twice at Oso; connects once, feebily, for 12 h.p. in damage; screaming tiger wargrowl; piercing blue eyes that know doom comes with the next heave of the earthbreaker but still fight on as if triumph is inevitable; the predator mindset in failure is unbroken nonetheless...
Beldan Vale
The vudran now has a head like this.
Whoa! Does he get reach with the beak?
dungeonmaster heathy
Finally the mysterious battlecat reveals herself.
A leonine centaur, winged, with a woman's upper torso, and curled ram's horns. Eyes filled with red rancor, screaming horror she charges from the door of galley to gh 13-14, twin ruby kukris leveled on stiggy.
Her twin kukris bite as she charges; she swings then twice each and follows through with a wicked bony spiked tail like naked vertebrae covered in spikes,
Two kukris bite hard on Stiggy. 29 h.p. damage total to the dwarf; one crit confirmed, the other crit did not.
Round two; group's turn!!!

I don't reckon he does; just fluff with no rules behind it...
Altai Iscarni
Altai blows the cherryblossom leaf off the tip of his nose as he finishes the long and complicated incantation. As he does so, the water between the skiff and the beach briefly freezes over; the icy chunks then coalesce into two massive pillars of water and ice rising out of the dark depths, their rime-encrusted arms reaching for the monstrous creatures on deck.
Two Huge frosty water elementals reporting for duty! Elemental I is a D-F 5-7, Elemental II at D-F 12-14. Elemental I goes after croco-head in I6: Attack 1: 11+17=AC 28, damage 2d6+9=17+5 cold. Attack 2: 9+17=AC 26, damage 2d6+9=18+4 cold. Elemental II attacks dent-head in I14: Attack 1: 10+17=AC 27, damage 2d6+9=13+5 cold. Attack 2: 11+17=AC 28, damage 2d6+9=20+4 cold. If this drops it, it Cleaves into the ram-centaur-scorpion lady: 10+17=AC 27, damage 2d6+9=17+4 cold.
Altai then, as an afterthought, shoots a blind caveman with his blasting wand.
I'm firing at the guy in G8. Attack roll 12+8=touch AC 20, damage 7 fire. We might want to save the last one for interrogation.

Gittik flips out on Croco-head.
Rage on! 5's step to H5 and starting up the foe processor: RH Attack 1: 12+20+2(bard)+1(Haste)=AC 35, damage 2+9+2(bard)=13,
RH Attack 2: 7+20+2(bard)+1(Haste)=AC 29, damage 2+9+2(bard)=13,
RH Attack 3 (haste): 15+20+2(bard)+1(Haste)=AC 37, crit confirm 11+20+2+1=AC 34, damage 3+9+2(bard)=14x2=28,
LH Attack 1: 12+18+2(bard)+1(Haste)=AC 33, damage 2+4+2=8+4 electricity,
LH Attack 2: 10+18+2(bard)+1(Haste)=AC 30, damage 1+4+2=7+5 electricity.
Pip maintains his bardic music.
Elgan's action depends on the continued health (or the lack thereof) of Dent-head and Sphinx Girl, so he delays until Oso and Stig have acted.

att1 1d20+19
dam1 2d6+24
att2 1d20+14
dam2 2d6+24On the Rak of course.
The first hit from the dwarf hammerman drops the Rak.
The rak is jacked. He won't be back.
Stiggy made rak juice.
So ginsu girl gets the second one;....she's still in good fighting form, but she got her ribs cracked hard by the 'breaker.
Her lionribs.

Beldan puts aside his crossbow and pull out the lightning gun, 5 foot stepping to D11 before shooting the last neandertal. [ooc]Can’t remember, is it a ranged touch, or an auto-hit with save for half? If former: 1d20 + 15, Damage: 5d6.
ranged touch I think. He's jolted down; spasming on the ground; almost dead but not quite.....
To clarify; he's "Unconscious and bleeding out."

ogay.
She's shaken, one round; she's screeching in fury and fear. The earshredding sound would be pitiable if she didn't have that mouth filled with pointy fangs.
Altai Iscarni
"Huh. What could that be? It certainly isn't water, as that runs faster downhill..." Altai's momentarily lost in thought.
Does the dark sphinx appear in any supplements? I thought it was a half-fiend sphinx with some extra manticore parts from the PF bestiary. ;P
