so this is way off topic but I was talking PF and DnD in general with one of the guys I work with and it turns out that his Uncle was the guy who started the company that made the Dice for the original DnD box sets so long ago. His uncle is Lou Zocchi who also created many of the first many sided die outside of the d6 and even the odd sided dice like the 5, 7, 16 etc.. including the 100 sider =)
Thought that was cool enough to share =D

they are pretty easy to use and set up. There isn't a direct "hey you've got a new message" notification that comes to your email using Google Reader but I'm trying out this other method so if you have time later tonight to give me a call. I'll let you know how it goes and walk you thru it too.

by the way my 2 stage method works =) just got an email notification of my most recent post. There was about a 15-20 min delay in the time of the post to the time of getting the email but that's pretty damn good if you ask me! I don't have this discussion feed as an RSS feed so I don't get notified about these. Just the ones on the Gameplay feed. WOOT!

First: I'd kill to get my hands on some of the "original" DnD dice. That's tight.
Second: RSS feeds are the only way, and I'd be interested to know what method you're using.
Third: Thoughts on the game so far? Enjoying it? Any hypothesis on what's going on? Its interesting that Bruno started talking about vampires so early on. while I'm not going to say that they are in any way a focus, I am using a map collection that was influenced by the Bavaria/Ravenloft maps. He's just too damn good to surprise with much. I hope that as the campaign progresses you'll all find some interesting surprises. I know we've been all roleplay so far, but I promise, the action is coming.
I have to say, I'm friggin' stoked to be playing with you guys again, even if its not around a table.

So far I am enjoying it. Its nice to not know whats going on and just get to play the character you want. I will be playing Jack's "7" Cha which means hes not much of a smooth talker, very gruff and to the point. The scars on his face and body along with the green hair just add to it all. Can't wait to see how well the gun thing works out but I am in no rush for combat.

(Gotta make time to enter Farfig...)
Two things contributed to my mention of vampires...
A: (main reason) I just saw the new Twilight movie with Tammy very recently, and giant wolves/vampires are a recurring theme there... along with a need to rip some vampire heads from their bodies.
B: Dad's been bringing over boxes of "stuff" from my room lately and the most recent pile contained all my Ravenloft setting stuff, but the main reason is A.
