Not at all! :) There is a scenario you can play that gives all of your characters access to the Thassilonian specialist archetype, and I've played that scenario in core.

With the levels we are at know, we are at 2.66 repeated. This rounds to and 3. Between sub-tiers with six players mean we are playing up with 4 player adjustment.

Right now I am still Undead bloodline. When I complete my fighting off corruption boon I will be able to change into Ghoul bloodline, in core. I got authorization from John himself.

Extreme Newb question: How do you roll dice?
Also, at the start of the Adventure I am applying two convention boons:
Explorer's Endurance - Permanent Endure Elements, heat only, and +1 on saves vs disease and the distraction of swarms.
Scholar of the Sages: +1 on Knowledge history regarding ancient sites and can make such checks untrained. Bonus increases to +2 when pertaining to Ancient Osirion.

GM - It just occurred to me that I forgot to mention that I have played this scenario in the "normal" (non-core) campaign before (albeit I had a migraine that evening and only remember a few bits of the overall story - which is why I signed up to play it here, in fact).
To my fellow players - to make sure I don't accidentally "meta" anything, I'm going to try avoiding giving any strategic advice in-game unless you're asking Xavier about specific stuff (obviously he'll still share the results of knowledge checks and tactical info in combats, etc.) - just fyi.

Anyone wants to try opening the chest? Maghni cannot do it but it seems wise to check it out despite it being so blatantly exposed it might hold something useful. But we need to check it for traps, of course.

Magni can summon lvl 1 critters for a couple of rounds. Better than nothing I guess.
