Freyr again misses his attack at the very annoying goat.
Radosek look at the party and back to his familiar. He locks eyes with the goat and simply says "Run if you can!" With that he swoops down making a move to the door to the east and flinging it open. The goat attempts to hit Freyr again with its touch spell but misses before trying, and failing, to escape its position.

Freyr Elvanna |

"There's not exactly a lot room for me to get after him," Freyr grumbles as the goat somehow continues to best his combat skills. "Besides, I'm growing weary of this beast causing me grief." He raises his sword again. "Your fox is a far more pleasant companion, sister." Then he lashes out and attempts to actually land a meaningful blow on the familiar.

Kelora reloads while Tayanalla misses her attack on the goat. Frjya and Kvell add some healing to the mix which makes Freyr look much better.

Radosek calls back that he is sorry to his familiar as he dashes for the teleporter. As his feet hit he whispers a word before being encased in ice and teleporting away!
The goat is still there though badly injured.

Kleora |

Kleora was rather surprised that the witch would leave his familiar like that. Sure he could replace the creature at significant loss to himself but still...She had a rather vicious idea then and looked at the goat. She made a gesture to her companions to wait and looked at the goat thoughtfully. "Much as I would like to have goat for my next meal I think that would be doing you a disservice and let your master off far too easily."
Kleora's eyes glittered with a certain maliciousness as she spoke to the goat, "I don't know if you can understand me but I propose a compromise to your immediate death and date with the cook pot." She tried to figure out if the goat could understand what she said or not but gave up after a moment and then continued, "You master abandoned you and by killing you he can just summon a replacement. I'm sure his treatment of you, leaving you to die in his place as he can replace you, makes you angry at him yes?" She smiled then, conniving grin, and said, "I propose that you join us, we let you live and keep you from your Master. By doing so he cannot summon a replacement for you and will suffer for leaving you behind. You get your revenge on the faithless man and we get a companion and guide to this place who knows all the secrets."
Kleora raised one eyebrow questioningly, "If you can't speak but understand and agree to what I suggest stamp twice for yes."

GM Red Box |

Valstoi, the goat, looks at Kleora as blood drips from it side. Eyes wide with panic it does not stomp its feet but nothing in its actions would lead you to believe it understands you. It looks for a moment and then attempts to bolt out of the room after the fleeing Radosek.
Having used the teleporters yourselves you doubt it could get far as it cannot speak the command words. That said it clearly does not understand to to just surrender.

Kvell |

perception to hear the word Radosek muttered: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22
He followed after Radosek with a growl rushing to the teleporter the man disapeared through. He called out loudly the word he thought he heard the witch mutter and hoped to follow to end him and send him to his just rewards.

Kleora |

Kleora considered what Frjya said and then nodded. She pulled out a ration from her pack and approached the goat while holding out the food to the goat.

GM Red Box |

Kvell can easily make out what was said and realizes it was not even a code, simply "Enterance Hall". It appears he has fled to the lower level, perhaps even the tower though that may be less likely.
The goat is very skittish, as it is very badly wounded. Assuming the party allows the goat will move about the room, even moving to the teleporter pad which it cannot use and looking. Eventually it will eat the ration if it is left on the floor.
Searching the room you find several items of note, assuming you are taking the time. Foremost, the spinning globe depicts Golarion, and the ley lines on its surface represent a physical manifestation of the arcane witchcraft extending Irrisen’s perpetual winter through various portals into other areas of the world. The books and charts throughout the room detail the ritual and the magic of the winter portals. Closing the portal will take some time and study!
In addition to Nazhena’s cauldron of overwhelming allies, the laboratory alcove contains enough active ingredients and supplies to constitute a full alchemist’s lab. Many completed alchemical items are stored on the shelves in the alcove as well, including two flasks of acid, three f lasks of alchemist’s fire, two pinches of f lash powder, three flasks of liquid ice, three ssmokesticks (each a different color), a sunrod, two tanglefoot bags, three thunderstones, 15 tindertwigs in a silver canister (worth 50 gp), and three applications of cold iron weapon blanch.
CL 8 | Weight 5 lbs. | Value: 2500
The artistic scrawls on the dark surface of this small bronze cauldron depict an array of exotic animals, legendary beasts, leering fiends, and hosts of elementals. Once per day, if used as the focus or divine focus for a summon monster or summon nature’s ally spell, the cauldron automatically conjures 1d3 additional creatures of the same kind from the next lower level list. For example, if a user casts summon monster III to summon 1d3 wolves, he could also summon 1d3 additional wolves (or other creatures from the 2nd-level list).
Eventually you also hear a bit of commotion from the lower level coming though the windows.

Kleora |

Kleora decided that keeping the goat friendly would be better and so she left the rations on the floor and moved away as she said, "Alright Valstoi, I'll leave these here for you. We won't kill you if you behave yourself and come with us when we leave." She began to look around the area, no longer too worried by the goat, and eventually her eyes focused on the representation of the way the ley lines were being used to make the portals and spread winter across the globe.
Kleora looked around for something to write with or on or any books that might have information on what they were seeing. Barring that she simply tried to take the globe that had all of the information already on it. When she noticed the goat approach the ration and eat it Kleora took out another and tore off a part of it which she tossed to land near the goat. Maybe feeding it would let her get his goat.

Kvell |

"Bah He is getting away!"
He called back to the other strange folks he didnt really know. He may have made a miscalculation. He had assumed they were here to deal with Radosek while his witch protector was away. He felt a growing pit of despair in his gut. Had he made his move too soon? Time would tell, besides everyone made their way to their final resting spot at some point.
He gave one last glance at the teleporter and moved back into the room, blinking and watching the others. He wasnt entirely sure what to say at the moment.

Kleora |

Kleora heard Kell's frustration adn said, "We should probably fill him in on what the Rider told us. Radosek is, ultimately, a very small part of the problem and hardly worth chasing if he wants to flee..." She looked to Frjya and Freyr as she hesitated and asked, "Didn't we agree to kill Radoseck for the people that helped us? If so I suppose we should go find him and kill him while he is worn down."

Kvell |

With the others clearly deciding that Radosek did need to die he hurried back to the teleporter.... at least until he heard the gorgeous but hungry looking one mention the rider. He froze and grew even more pale. He was involved in witch business. The worst kind of witch business it seemed. He would be damned for that, he was sure.
He hurried for the teleporter. Maybe he could slip away once Radosek was taken care of. His helm hid most of his features except his beard. He was loathe to shave it, but he would if it meant he wouldnt be mired in witch business.

Covered in ice and quickly thawed the party finds themselves back on the lower level. Rounding the hallway, around the fountain you find that the doors are thrown wide and Radosek stands there, a spent scroll dropping from his fingers!
In front of him stands the ice statue of a dragon but it is no longer a simple statue as it steps off the platform towards you. Behind it the witch screams, clearly losing his shit.
"You treacherous filth! You come to my tower! My seat of power and you do this. I will be your doom yet, clearly your blood is polluted!"
The dragon is facing the doorway and moving forward. What do you do?

Kleora considered for a moment how what to do with the goat. They were going to kill its master now so there was no point in holding it hostage, especially since he seemed to care so little for its survival. Truthfully it made her feel a bit sorry for the creature. She had her crossbow in hand and thought about firing a bolt to just kill the creature while it was eating.
She was ready to do it but then decided against the action. No point in wasting a bolt on it and she thought that she would need what few she had left. The psychic stepped onto the teleporter and found herself back on the first floor with Radoseck yelling and screaming at them.
Kleora did not like her current position but she could do little about it. Instead she took aim at Radoesck and pulled the trigger of her weapon before reloading for another shot.
