Krishakhar the Hunter |

Once they find their way down, 'Khar just stands guard over the group lest their undead friends decide to take another try at them. When they finish going over the evidence, he finally chimes in. "Can I rough up th'gnome on th'way back?" 'Khar says with a grin. "Sounds like need t'give him a talkin' to."

Tassa Bokrugscu |

"Let's talk to the doctor's old assistant first, but then--yes--I agree it may be time to pay the gnome another visit."
I vote we talk to the assistant, then probably the gnome and then the defense attorney.

The group is able to find a rickety little wagon. It probably won't hold together if pulled at speed, but the group can get back to Lepidstadt with most of the day yet to spare and whatever evidence they wish to bring.
Please specify what you're bringing.
Looking to visit the Doctor's old assistant, the group heads for his small cottage on the edge of Lepidstadt first. It seems Igor is inside the cottage having lunch at the moment.
Another hour passes. Now there are 5 and 2/3rds hours remaining.

Urick Tirrell |

Urick opts to bring the note, the box of supplies, and as many of the charred corpses as they could reasonably load onto the wagon. Asides from deserving proper burials, they constituted tangible evidence.

Professor Henry Lainor |

Henry helps Urick load the wagon with the supplies, the crate, and the bodies and makes sure to take some sketches of the bodies before they move them, just in case.

Krishakhar the Hunter |

Agreed on talking to the gnome, assistant and defense attorney, in whatever order saves us travel time.
'Khar helps load up stuff as well, wanting to get the group moving as quickly as possible. He then picks up Ila and places her comfortably in the back, trying to avoid piling her on the bodies.

Tassa Bokrugscu |

While the others pack up, Tassa (trying not to attract too much attention) goes over to one of the fallen ghasts. Her right arm again fades into a mass of rubbery tentacles, teeth, and eyes. Tassa looks away as the tentacle mass quickly devours the undead corpse, bones and all.
Stealth: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9 Yeah, apparently that's a tough thing to do subtly ;0)
When they arrive at Igor' door
Tassa calls out "HELLO! We have more information about the doctor's death...and would very much like to ask you a few more questions!"
Assuming Igor's willing
Tassa begins by asking, "Please, what exactly can you tell us about the Doctor's relationship with Vorkstag? What was he buying from him, and how did he pay for it?"
