Kerdin rolled his actually.
Ameiko's INIT 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
Goblin 11d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13
Goblin 21d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
Goblin 31d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
Tsuto 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
Brayden Green
I'm posting INIT. Doesn't mean you have to burst in there right away, just doing things on an INIT basis from here, so if you want to buff before you go in there, etc.
Ameiko would like to take 2 rounds curing herself.
1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
So INIT is:
Iodem
Virgil
Tsuto
Brennan
Goblin 3
Ameiko
Goblin 1
Goblin 2
Bugsby
Kerdin
Zen
Brayden Green
So post round 1 "actions" in spoiler to me.
Ameiko says "We should be prepared before we go in. I am going to take a few seconds and heal myself more."
She places her hand over her heart, and starts singing a song in a language you don't understand and heals 12 damage.
Bugsby Featherfoot
Oh Kerdin you sneaky devil, ;o).
As Bugsby moves Move to get a look into the room, but staying outside and away from danger, Free "I'm getting a grease spell ready, watch your step after it goes off!" He then Standard whirls his hands above his head, looking like a tiny belly dancer for a moment, and throws his hands forward, the energy rushing away from his hands and into the room.
If he is going to catch any of his team in the 10' area of spell he will instead cast GREASE (DC 15) on the weapon of the most deadly threat he can see by his turn in combat. Probably Tsuto's weapon.
Kerdin
EVen if I am a dwarf, doesn´t mean I can´t sneak around like Brennan ;)
Seeing others bursting in action and again being slow compared others... damn dwarfhood, Kerdin launches himself like a missile to the room targeting any possible enemy waving his axe in large arcs
MAAAKE A WAAYYY yelling with his might as the small raging god of badgers makes his way toward his victim
2/6 Rage left [+2 atk & dmg, -2 AC, hp:19/19, +2 will save]
Charge Attack [missile Kerdin] 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17
Charge Damage 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
Brayden Green
ps, the door is closed, if I didn't mention that. So some of you trying to do stuff right now can't see in the room til you open it.
Brennan Darkblade
Brennan steps up close to the door and checks it for traps and locks. Once he is sure the door is safe, he does his best to unlatch it, and then nods to Kerdin to do the honors.
As soon as the front line goes in, Brennan will follow, a knife in each hand.
He is aiming for any flatfooted target, or one he can get flanking on.
attack 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
damage 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5 + 1d8 ⇒ 3 SA
Iodem Toby
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 231d8 + 0 ⇒ (7) + 0 = 7
No PBS factored
Also the line next to my name isn't factoring Weapon Focus.
Virgil Longstreet
Virgil holds a finger up to his lips to signal silence. He points at Bugsby, points at Ameiko, then points down the hall. He hand signals to communicate, "three...zero...walking-motion-with-two-fingers." He then points to his holy symbol around his neck, and makes an explosion shape with his hand.
Virgil Longstreet
Virgil takes a step inside (D5?), grabs his holy symbol, and intones, "Sentire tenaci damnationem!" A rapidly expanding bubble of crackling black energy erupts from the holy symbol, filling the room and washing over the capering goblins and Tsuto.
Channel Energy 1d6 ⇒ 5, Will DC 18 for half damage. Use Selective Channeling to exclude Zen, Iodem, Brennan, and Kerdin.
Bugsby Featherfoot
Bugsby look confusedly as Virgil, mimicing his hand motions for a moment before looking down at his hand. Aaha! you can virtually see the comprehension dawning. The gnome excited points to himself and Ameiko, his fingers never stopping the walking motion, and then down the hallway, back the way he came. Grabbing Ameikos hand he tries to pull her with him 30 feet away. If she resists hell try to whisper to her, "They must have a bomb or something" as he leads them both away.
Brayden Green
Is this all happening on round 1 then, or did you allow Ameiko to heal a couple rounds, thereby making your actions round 3 actions?
Brayden Green
You are both keenly aware of each other. YOu are both at a standoff.
In fact, upon hearing the singing in a foreign language, you hear
"Ameiko, how did you get out...? Stay out of this! I do not wish to lose my father and sister in the same evening."
To which she responds: "I have no brother. All that is left me is a madman that wants to burn my home. I love my home."
"Then you will burn with it, like the rest of those intolerable refuse pushers!"
Brayden Green
Iodem waits for the door to open with his bow drawn. (delay)
Virgil takes a step inside with the intent to blast them all to pieces, and immediately an arrow and some crude shards of glass come flying at him. (readied actions)
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
Confirming critical: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14 Oh no!
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 41d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 31d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Virgil drops in a puddle of blood. (at a -2 hp) The shards of glass fly overhead. Good thing we aren't playing the
Tsuto (readied action. INIT order changed)
Goblin 3 (readied action. INIT order changed)
Goblin 1 (readied action. INIT order changed)
Goblin 2 (readied action. INIT order changed)
Upon seeing his colleague fall, Iodem rushes into the room and sights a goblin, watching it fall as he sticks an arrow into his chest.
Brennan rushes in and stabs at a goblin, striking a viscious blow.
Ameiko immediately runs to virgil and places her hand on the wound in his chest and sings 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11.
Congratulations Virgil, you are conscious, and almost full hp!
Bugsby readies the magic, rubbing his hands together till the glowing strands of magic become slick and wet before his eyes, knowing that he'll have to be quick and his aim must be true to pull this off. But if it works he'll have greatly hampered whatever enemy lies in wait behind the door, while greatly assisting his friends in the process.
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14He casts it at the bow in Tsuto's hands, and it slips out of his grip.
Kerdin runs forward and kills a goblin, of course he does
Zen runs forward and bonks the goblin that Brennan stabbed, dropping him. I l love this iron staff she thinks to herself.
End of round 3.
Post rd 4 actions in spoiler format, map is updated.

Bugsby Featherfoot
Bugsby cries out as Virgil goes down in a bloody mess, and then watches in satisfaction as each Goblin falls, leaving only Tsuto to deal with. When his Grease spell causes Tsuto's bow to slip from his fingers, Bugsby lets out a little bark of laughter, clearly elated with his success.
Tanglefoot Bag: A tanglefoot bag is a small sack filled with tar, resin, and other sticky substances. When you throw a tanglefoot bag at a creature (as a ranged touch attack with a range increment of 10 feet), the bag comes apart and goo bursts out, entangling the target and then becoming tough and resilient upon exposure to air. An entangled creature takes a –2 penalty on attack rolls and a –4 penalty to Dexterity and must make a DC 15 Reflex save or be glued to the floor, unable to move. Even on a successful save, it can move only at half speed. Huge or larger creatures are unaffected by a tanglefoot bag. A flying creature is not stuck to the floor, but it must make a DC 15 Reflex save or be unable to fly (assuming it uses its wings to fly) and fall to the ground. A tanglefoot bag does not function underwater.
A creature that is glued to the floor (or unable to fly) can break free by making a DC 17 Strength check or by dealing 15 points of damage to the goo with a slashing weapon. A creature trying to scrape goo off itself, or another creature assisting, does not need to make an attack roll; hitting the goo is automatic, after which the creature that hit makes a damage roll to see how much of the goo was scraped off. Once free, the creature can move (including flying) at half speed. If the entangled creature attempts to cast a spell, it must make concentration check with a DC of 15 + the spell's level or be unable to cast the spell. The goo becomes brittle and fragile after 2d4 rounds, cracking apart and losing its effectiveness. An application of universal solvent to a stuck creature dissolves the alchemical goo immediately.

Virgil thinks about blasting the whole group including Tsuto, then thinks better of it and moves to the back.
Tsuto in a flash Tsuto steps up and swings at Kerdin multiple times.
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 91d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 161d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Hitting Kerdin for 7 damage.
Brennan waited for an opening before sidling in and launching a blow at Tsuto with a dagger, but he only just misses.
Ameiko moves into the room and attacks with the dagger 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 doing 3 damage.
To Tsuto, "Hows that greasy bow, Garbage Pusher!" and to the others, "Don't forget we want answers from him!" he yells, hoping Kerdin doesn't chop the villain in half, as he sometimes does. Bugsby pulls a few strands of magic close, and threads his fingers together, patting and pressing till the magic gained a sticky quality to it, and then whispers a few words and 'tosses' the magic ball directly at Tsuto.
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20 hitting Tsuto, but he seems to gain control of ihis senses and nothing happens.
Kerdin sees an opening and swings, missing.
Zen steps forward and attacks, missing.
End round 4 result:
Kerdin takes damage (7), Tsuto takes damage (3)

You know the game, round 5 in spoiler, map updated.
Bugsby Featherfoot
Bugsby pouts as his spells seems to splatter right on Tsuto, but to no apparent effect. Growling he commences his next spell.
Brennan Darkblade
Why is Zen down? Or is it the "dead" icon for the goblin is in "front"?
With a twist of his wrist, one of Brennan's dagger's dropped from its hidden sheath on his left arm. He waited for Tsuto to be preoccupied before striking again, now with double the blades.

My mistake Iodem. You are correct in the discussion thread. That is what accidentally happened. Apologies.
Last round Iodem "crit-ed" Tsuto, and he would have dropped with all the damage he took.
He is at -1, and you are out of combat order.
Virgil Longstreet
Virgil takes a few steps toward Tsuto's body to examine him. "He is slipping towards death, but I can save him if we act quickly. Does anyone have a length of rope? We can secure him before healing his wounds so that we may safely question him. As much as I would like to give him over to the custody of the Sheriff, our need is imperative and we have questions that must be answered."
"If you have your target pinned, otherwise restrained, or unconscious, you can use rope to tie him up. This works like a pin effect, but the DC to escape the bonds is equal to 20 + your Combat Maneuver Bonus (instead of your CMD). The ropes do not need to make a check every round to maintain the pin."
Iodem Toby
After felling Tsuto he drops the bow to his side and gives a slight smirk. As soon as Virgil calls for rope he snaps back to reality dropping bow and backpack to the ground rummaging for a length of silk rope which he promptly tosses to Virgil.
"I think he deserves extra tight...
also that's good rope, don't mess it up."
Virgil Longstreet
Virgil tries his best to hog-tie Tsuto (I suppose Iodem or Kerdin could do a DC21 rather than a DC20, but that doesn't mean very much when he's disarmed and surrounded). After disarming him of any weapons and moving his equipment to an opposite corner of the room, Virgil intones a prayer of healing over the fallen foe to bring him back to consciousness. "Get ready everyone, we need to watch him for any trickery while we question him."
Cure light wounds 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Brayden Green
Ameiko: "Where is my sword?" as soon as he comes to.
Tsuto scoffs. But he looks over at the desk on the other side of the room. There are some belongings packed there. Amongst them is a very nice looking sword that Ameiko swoops up and straps on.
That's the only question I had. He's all yours. With that she sits down on top of the desk, legs swinging, playfully.
