As you reach the statue, you see blood-drenched letters scrawled along the base of the stoic marble statue of the Warden.

The area around the statue is splattered with blood as a small, decaying lamb is seen with its throat slashed at the base of the statue.
No magic is evident to Nizvit.

We should head to the prison and end this all today. This has gone on far enough.

Phyton thinks to himself for a moment, but then he remembers that the group did come across someone with that name, but he can't seem to remember who. As you trek to the prison, you arrive unaccosted and find your way to the furnace room with activating any of the haunts with which you are so familiar.

Once they cast all of their preparatory spells that they want to cast.

Everyone had over a day to cast spells to buff themselves. Phyton can retcon as he is not necessarily able to post while being in Italy! (Crazy jealous!) Everyone else only has what is listed.
Gaarm opens the door and steps inside and the familiar roar of the furnace permeates the room as the door whips open and a giant face of flame.

Nizvit casts Expeditious Retreat as Sir Thomas moves into the room while Naxx and Gaarm hold their positions, waiting for a more advantageous attack pattern. Phyton does the same as Sir Thomas takes the brunt of the attack.

The flames wash over him, severely burning the holy man as the fire seems to be hotter during the day as the sun beats down into the room from the broken wall and ceiling. "You sssssshall burn!"

Gaarm and Sir Thomas launch powerful holy energy at the haunt, dampening its power as Nizvit steps forward and throws a Snowball at the fiery beast.
2d6 ⇒ (5, 6) = 11
In flight, the snowball melts in midair due to the voracious flames and only ends up splashing the flames with a bit of water, dealing minor damage to the burning monstrosity.

The flames seem to weaken as Nizvit's water splashes them, but they still appear strong enough to completely evaporate Phyton's Snowball as Naxx increases the combat prowess of the party.
Don't forget that Inspire Courage applies to things like Snowball.
The flame mouth, severely weakened from its initial blaze, lashes out again.

The flames still repel the snowy effects, but Nizvit is able to get a small amount of damage on to the flames as Sir Thomas and Gaarm damage the haunt further with holy energy.
The flames howl in anger as a blast of heat bathes the room.

Phyton and Nizvit resist the damage entirely as the rest of the party is singed.

So I just did a search through the thread for clues as to the whereabouts of the badge and I looks as if we may have already found it as Naxx made the Dc for the spoiler but hasn't shared the information.

You have already found the badge... Sort of. Gurtis Vorch's badge is not the Warden's badge, so Gaarm's finding is not what you are looking for. You did find the Warden's body in the torture room however...

Phyton's cold magic seems to be getting stronger as the flames of the furnace get weaker.

The furnace seems to be staring at Naxx as the haunt's tongue lashes out to incinerate the man from the face of Golarion, but it's evident to everyone that the flames' intensity is diminishing.
Searing Tongue @ Naxx-11 TAC: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
Damage: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 4, 3) = 11
Naxx still succumbs to the flames, however. He falls to the ground unconscious from the shock of the searing pain in his flesh as his face is coated in second degree burns.
