I mean...I have Tehanna and I love her...but she's always busy with this magicky stuff. I'm getting bored here and it's killing me waiting for my mutated pet. I promise I'll leave you and Queenie alone, and I'll behave if you get me something to play with. Any little thing will do. *smiles wickedly*

The Queen smirked at the Halfling's response, "Oh I'm certain I will."

Turning to Tala again, she produced the stone that she had been using to communicate with Aleister. After handing it to the young woman, the Queen then removed bone necklace from about her neck and placed in around her protege. A conversation of clicks and chitters ensued between the two. Given the tone, you're guessing it was some sort of final instructions.

Stepping up to the pair of you, she then stated, "I'm ready. I've left Tala in charge and we can communicate with the stone I gave the Little Gentleman before."

"Then I believe we are ready to depart," Gio says, taking a hold of the stone around his neck. "Aleister shall bring you to the manor."

The warpriest speaks the command word and returns to the map room.

Spending a moment reassuring Sasha, Ravan turns to address Eri's concern. "Of course Eri, I'll be happy to"

@ Gio - Do you plan on going to the Hobgoblins now or the next day?

@ Ravan - Looking at the forming mass of flesh in the pool, you don't see anything that seems alarming. Although your knowledge of trolls is fairly limited to the stories most everyone knows about them.

@GM: I'll probably wait since it's afternoon now.

As they watch the fetus in the pool shed says, "See...he was green and stuff, but then my hand was bleeding. I wasn't thinking, as usual, and stuck my bleeding hand into thed pool. The mass of tissue seemed to swim to my blood, and sort of soaked it up...orf at least that's how it seemed to me. Then, he turned that color. Mutations in certain situations have occurred before, I'm just not sure what myh blood will do to him....but Tehanna thinks he'll be okay. I just didn't want to ruin my pet." Eri explains, trying to give Ravan a brief rundown of what happened tuo her creature.

"If anything it might develop a bit healthier than normal given your physical strengths. I doubt you've done any harm" the sorceress replies.

Eri nods, "Okay, I'll try to stop worrying about it then. I'm trying to be patient, but it's very hard." She says, sighing a little as she looks into the pool of water at her developing creature.

Sorry for the delay in this game. Been difficult to get in the right headspace for this.

@ Al - With the Queen in hand, the both of you teleport back to the fortress.

@ Gio - Getting back to your room, you find Morbak waiting for you with the breastplate in hand.

Sasha looked moved next to the pool and tried to hide her initial revulsion at the lump of flesh floating within. The moment passed quickly, but she was still clearly uncomfortable. "Mistress, may I leave?"

Looking around the Queen said, "Well, not what I was expecting. Care to give me a tour Little Gentleman?

Seeing the Asmodian Priest approach, the Blacksmith snapped to attention, "Good afternoon sir, may I have a moment to speak with you?"

Eri looked up from Ravan to Sasha. Obviously she was anxious to get back. Eri felt bad for keeping them both so long, but she couldn't help but worry about her pet.

Sitting back down next to the pool, she puts her hand back in the water asx she looks into the pool. Sighing quietly she says, "It's fine if you both want to go. I'm sorry I kept you both so long with my silly worrying. Please think about the spell that Tehanna would like to do with you okay Sasha? Even Ravan said it was well thought out. I promise you, I wouldn't even allow her to attempt it if I thought one of you might be hurt. If you change your mind, just let us know. Otherwise Tehanna will proceed as planned. I really am sorry we took so much of your time. I'm okay if you want to go back with her Ravan. I guess I'm just gonna have to be patient." Eri says with a sad sounding sigh, as she watches her pet.

"It's bigger than it looks. I've yet to see just how far the complex extends." Aleister says.

"What is it, Morbak?" Gio asks.

Giving the Halfling a little smirk the Queen asked, "Shall we find out together then?"

"I've had a chance to take a closer look at that breastplate, and.......if I'm not being too forward sir, it is better than the current mail you are wearing."

Gio frowns. "I don't make a habit of adorning myself in the armor of gods that are not my own."

"That's the thing, sir. I can't find any religious iconography on the armour. I'm positive she wasn't given this breastplate by Rull."

Gio sighs. "Very well. Though it seems odd to hide it behind a religious sigil."

"I'd like that and I'll try not to get us lost." Aleister says.

She put on her old jacket and told Dixie that she brought her home in the pocket of that jacket. Actually, it was Ella who she brought home in that jacket.

It actually sounds kinda scary instead of funny after typing it out.

@ Al - After about five hours and more than a few wrong turns, the pair finally made it to the beach entrance that many of the others had found.

Looking about the Queen said, "Well, this is pretty sight. I haven't seen the ocean since I was a little girl."

*blinks eyes* Well, okay then. Aren't you guys hungry from all that walking around?

They could have grabbed something from the kitchens when they stumbled into them.

I guess so. It's just not very romantic. Al needs to take her for a candle light dinner on the beach some night. *smiles*

"There will already be gems in that helmet I asked for," Gio says. "No need to be too ostentatious."
