Sarangari Steelscales
|
Do we want to question Talbot? If so, is there an easy way to wake him up?
"So how are we gonna go about finding that shirren? I don't know where the Abadar Corp headquarters is."
Donovan Delacroix
|
"Why not just look it up? I'm sure we can find a number for AbadarCorp in the public database."
| DystopianGM |
You look up on the public database and call to AbadarCorp. A pleasant secretary patches you through the Philt's personal comm number and you give him a ring.
"Do you have Talbot? I am still here in the town at the tavern where you fought those locals. They seem to be very apologetic about that. This town seems to be growing on me. When will you be by to drop the thief off?"
Donovan Delacroix
|
"Some folks around here seem to be rather protective of Talbot. It might be best to transfer him in a location more secluded than that tavern. At the very least meet us outside where the transfer can be done quickly."
Chetna Wavari
|
With a frown Chetna admits, "So, not that I don't trust an AbadarCorp representative... but... I don't trust the AbadarCorp representative. Where's this place we're meeting? Anyone know what terrain might be around it?"
| DystopianGM |
You rest for a few minutes and get your energy back and research the area Philt has picked. From satellite imagery, you see that the area is low land area with plenty of visibility. It seems to be chosen so that well-armed individuals will be able to see each other well-ahead of time with no chances of ambushes.
"AbadarCorp Representatives do not go back on our deals. Are you en route to deliver Talbot?"
Donovan Delacroix
|
Before Talbot comes too, we'll have him bound and thoroughly searched him and I feel no need to be gentle.
Before leaving to take Talbot to AbadarCorp, Donovan will speak with him. "Is there some reason you can give us not to turn you over to AdabarCorp?" Donovan is more looking for any information useful to the Starfinders than trying to renege on the deal with AbadarCorp.
He'll need to be gagged when we turn him over.
Talbot will be bound. He'll have been searched to make sure he has no surprises for us.
Sarangari Steelscales
|
Even with Talbot tied up Steelscales keeps his pistol on the thief, just in case. He doesn't believe that there's such a thing as too careful.
"Yes, we're on the way."
| DystopianGM |
Talbot says, shrugging, "Not like the Starfinders gave me a fair shake anyway. Why would they start now? But, I would say, when I made the deal to AbadarCorp, I didn't know about the stone's true nature. It was only after I started really mass producing the stuff that I had to keep going. It wasn't my fault! It's always bad luck for Talbot. No one ever gives me a fair shake."
Donovan Delacroix
|
We hand this idiot over to AbadarCorp.
And I was wrong before. He'll be bound and gagged when we give him over.
| DystopianGM |
You hand Talbot over to Philt who scowls as the scoundrel is taken away, but then smiles at you. "Thank you very much for your help. I've been impressed with this town's resilience and loyalty. I think I may recommend we build an AbadarCorp hub here. It would be a shame for this town to die due to the Thasteron devaluing."
Scenario End. Sorry about the delay, stomach bug wiped me out all weekend.

"That sounds like a good idea, these folks seem tough." Sarangari could be a big softy sometimes.
Ad he watched Talbot get hauled away Steelscales adds, "He'll say that he didn't know the fuel was bad. I just want to remind ya that the Starfinders told us that was probably the case, so more than likely that's true."
No biggie, things happen. I enjoyed the game. How do you want to handle chronicles btw?
