Sorry for the delay and not posting last night. Remember if you have Combat reflexes, you get to AoO in the surprise round.
Round 1
Sandor saw the shadows decending, but wasn't quick enough to move Morkelb away from the attackers blade. With a quick decision on tactics Sandor tries to bash the one next to Gaius with his shield, then switches the rest of his attacks to the one on Morkelb.
On Blue:
Shield Bash TWF+PA+Favored Enemy: 1d20 + 18 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 18 + 2 = 31 Opponent Hit with Attack is affected by a Bull Rush the CMB= Attack Roll+6. If opponent can't move it falls prone
Dmg+Favored Enemy: 1d6 + 12 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 12 + 2 = 19
I sure do hope he is prone.
On Black:
Dwarven Waraxe +1 TWF+PA+Favored Enemy: 1d20 + 15 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 15 + 2 = 20
Dmg+Favored Enemy: 1d10 + 14 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 14 + 2 = 17
Dwarven Waraxe +1 TWF+PA+Favored Enemy (2nd attk): 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 10 + 2 = 27
Dmg+Favored Enemy: 1d10 + 14 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 14 + 2 = 21
Shield Bash TWF+PA+Favored Enemy (2nd attk): 1d20 + 13 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 13 + 2 = 32 Opponent Hit with Attack is affected by a Bull Rush the CMB= Attack Roll+6. If opponent can't move it falls prone
Dmg+Favored Enemy: 1d6 + 12 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 12 + 2 = 15
Dwarven Waraxe +1 TWF+PA+Favored Enemy (3rd attk): 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 5 + 2 = 12
Dmg+Favored Enemy: 1d10 + 14 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 14 + 2 = 22
Two Weapon Rend if both weapons hit: 1d10 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 6 + 2 = 12
If Sandor's shield bash pushes black Bucho gets an Aoo, and Sandor will step where black is now. If I by chance kill black, I will 5'step to where Mork is when he moves.
Morkelb get behind me.

Woah, 11,000 posts. Nuts. I hit 18,000 personal posts this week too.
In the blink of an eye Grym chops an assassin to pieces. Literally, limbs and viscera fall like rain. Bucho takes a solid bite out of one, but the assassin still fights.
Sandor smashes into an assassin knocking him back and into Ferox. The blow knocks the assassin prone. He turns and messes up the next target in line. He tries to push the man past the trained dog, but the pole blocks his path. A second assassin gets knocked down!

Ferox takes a step back from the Mantis that stumbled into him and casts Invisibility Purge. Anything within 70' of Ferox that was invisible is now visible.
Dungeon Master S
Ferox steps back and Abadar's will banishes spells of invisibility near by. Unfortunately, no one becomes visible.
There's more spell casting on the far side of the wall to the south.
The assassins act as quickly as they can.
Despite being prone, the two mantis assassins on either side of Morkeleb aim for the inner thigh of the wizard!

Slack chatter indicates Morkeleb is dead. If he is, Gaius casts a Level 5 spell defensively... I need a 12 or better.

Hey, did it.
Gaius casts Breath of Life on Morkeleb, healing 5d8 + 10 ⇒ (5, 6, 1, 4, 7) + 10 = 33 points and automatically stabilizing if I can get him above his death threshold.
Given I'm a Calistrian... I reckon there's probably tongue with that.

I did hear the Calistrian mumble something of thank goodness he only wears robes. So actually after this battle Sandor is going to need a doll to show Morkelb exactly where he placed his breath of life to. Then maybe explain the good touch bad touch areas.

Odric the Stout
Odric looks disapprovingly at Morkeleb. The wizard's foray into meat shielding went poorly, to say the least.
Odric lashes out with considerable savagery at the prone Mantis, aiming to slice downwards into the thing's body and continue the follow-through to the adjacent foe.

Yellow is Sickened for 1 minute, taking a -2 to all attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks. No save. ALSO - Yellow must make a Fortitude save (DC = 16) or be stunned for 1 round.
Odric has 2 more attacks, but I want to see the results of this first please...
Odric the Stout
OK DM straightened me out on what cleave would imply - that Odric couldn't take additional attacks. The second attack roll (the cleave) will be on the prone dude (yellow) and that kills him. He slumps on the ground, motionless.
Odric watches the life leave the prone Mantis assassin's body, and pivots smartly to his left. With a practiced eye, the warrior times the second warrior's movements and slices the kegerator at just the right moment, to slip the magically honed blade into his guts.
Attack 3: Pwr Atk (FF): 1d20 + 27 + 2 - 10 ⇒ (20) + 27 + 2 - 10 = 39 for 1d10 + 14 + 9 ⇒ (7) + 14 + 9 = 30 damage and Intimidate DC 10+Target HD+Target Wis Mod: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (17) + 25 = 42.

Dungeon Master S
With the gore and wound-slurry making the floor slick, Odric goes full Death Blossom. In two swings he takes out one of the assassins who killed, albeit temporarily, Morkeleb.
His follow up nearly drops the next assassin, and while he holds his feet, FORT: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13 he drops his weapons and wobbles for a bit.

Ferox Dimension Hops away from the Mantises and takes a quick survey of the room.
Part of Grym's mind (the unused part, so there is kind of a lot), even during his own combat and keeping track of Bucho trying to defend Mork, is able to note Ferox's dimension hop. He heartily approves and is quite impressed with such amazing footwork.
Dungeon Master S
Your new location lets your spell purge the invisiblity of another mantis assassin. She's almost done casting a very complex spell.
Thorgrym the Tracker
Round 2 Team Ranger
With Odric and Sandor's help the immediate threat of Mantis warriors is gone. Poor Morkeleb lays barely stable on the ground from the Calistrian's Kiss. The dog actually straddles part of the wizard's body and gives a deep low growl as if daring anyone else to try and attack. Readied attack on anyone threatening Morkeleb
The ranger gives half a moments hesitation. He nearly started a lunge to end the yellow Mantises life, but the man looked barely alive and certainly wasn't a threat. Grym decided he didn't feel right stealing a kill from Odric. Though not quite as amazing as the Inquisitor's dimension hopping, the ranger put on some fast footwork and moves around the yellow to attack the red Mantis.
Grym's attack 1d20 + 21 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 21 + 6 + 2 = 39
Serethial 1d8 + 15 + 6 + 2 + 4d6 ⇒ (7) + 15 + 6 + 2 + (4, 4, 1, 2) = 41

Ferox's arrow just barely misses the assassin as she finishes her spell...
While one assassin shakes his head, overcoming the stun of Odric's hit, the other goes toe to toe with Grym.
Right overhead cut:
ATK 1: 1d20 + 11 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 11 + 1 = 24, parried in #5.
Right cross cut:

Right throat cut:
ATK Haste: 1d20 + 11 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 11 + 1 = 20, parried in #2
The main assassin's spell completes: 1d3 ⇒ 3 and a trio of fiendish giant praying mantises appear! Two of them try to tear Bucho to pieces!
Red ATK 1: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22

Black ATK 1: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
Black ATK 2: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18
But they all miss!
The last goes after Ferox:
Brown ATK 1: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25 for DMG: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Brown ATK 2: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
It tries to pull the Inquisitor's head in for a nice snack!
CMB: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31 and grabs Ferox!
Bite: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2, but he pulls his head aside.
She steps forward and shows the utterly lack of mercy required by Achaekek, the Mantis god. She summons forth a warming carpet of red mantises. The writhing mass of legs and poisonous pincers swarms across the ground in a deadly, undulating wave.
Red Mantis, Sandor, Gaius, Bucho, and yes, Morkeleb all take DMG: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 6, 2) = 14 Damage and must make a FORT DC 19 save versus poison.
Mantis Fort: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15 The mantis assassin is overrun by the creeping doom. He nearly falls from the bites.

Round 2 Continued...
Bucho's actions
Standing over his downed packmate the canine waits for the the giant mantises to come. The dog ignores the little bugs as the terrifyingly large insects close in to attack the dog tears into the black one crunching exoskeletons and leaking bug guts...

This dude is Sickened for 1 minute, no save. Save DC 16 or Stunned for 1 round.
Sickened = -2 to all attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks.
Upon completing the evisceration, Odric leaps into the air and tucks his feet up so he appears to be crouching in the air - He points the dripping steel at the Cleric and sneers at her with blood soaked malice. The stones of this castle will taste her blood this day.
I was hoping to do a 5' step vertically using the power of flight. is that OK?

His choice made, Odric tarries a bit too long on the ground. The assassin falls to Odric's sword as have so many before him. He steps back 5 feet away from the swarm, but he knows he will probably be overwhelmed by the stinging creatures.
Odric doubts their sting will hurt more than the the fiery, cleansing gut of Cindermaw the Clan-Eater, the Mountain-that-Crawls and the Fire-That-Roars, Denizen of the Feeding Grounds of the Quah-Kael. Mollified slightly, Odric grits his teeth in defiant anticipation.

Round 3 Team Ranger
Grym finishes off the red Mantis warrior in front of him, and yells for Bucho to attack the female spell caster.

Odric stands his ground as the mantises bite and chew their way towards him. With complete mastery he cuts down the assassin, who is immediately set upon by stray mantises.
Sandor huffs it towards her, but can't close right off, and takes a readied posture.
Standing knee deep in the Creeping Doom, Grym cuts his foe down, even as the insects bite him hundreds of times.
Bucho finally gets to the main assassin and bites her, drawing her first blood!
"Stupid animal!" She first goes after Bucho with shocking fury. Her blades crackling with electricity as they flash at the terrier:
ATK 1: 1d20 + 19 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 19 + 1 = 37 THREAT
ATK 1: 1d20 + 19 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 19 + 1 = 21 Regular: 1d8 + 12 + 1d6 ⇒ (3) + 12 + (3) = 18

The second d6 in the damage is electricity, so subtract it if I've missed some kind of resistance on Bucho.
The swarms stay put as she didn't have time to command them.

Odric flies upwards and makes a beeline for the Cleric (double move, ending directly over her, high enough to execute a vertical 5' step straight down next round). Odric will taunt her en route, trying to draw her ire...
"We will crush your Mantis god underfoot, as we have savaged your men! You face the Upturned Cup, and I am Odric the Stout, defender, shieldmate, and Brother to his fellows
Son, Servant, and Savior of Korvosa; Bloodsworn protector of lambs;
The Lion of the Midlands; expert exsanguinator; The indefatigable colossus known throughout the land as the Relentless Butcher; Master swordsman and Author of your doom! Despair! The Stout comes!"
Odric rises from the floor, his massive bulging muscles straining his dragonblood etched deathless armor. The Kegerator, masterwork dwarvenforged blade held horizontally before him. One of his massive Gauntleted fists grips the hilt, the other supporting the wicked point at shoulder level. Odric's cloak billows behind him ominously, the rich bright orange fabric flowing as he moves effortlessly through the air. His baritone voice booms from within his helm, where his Tiefling features are hidden. The fierce majesty of this man, Mantis blood dripping from both arms, us something the bards will remember for generations, provided the Upturned Cup is not cracked.
