She lifts her head up and groans, a nice imprint of Seraphs armor was now seemingly permanently imprinted in her face. The crossbow bolt between her shoulder blades stung like hell and she rose to her feet groggily.
MA: Rise from Prone
SA: Drag Maria To 83.18
She grabs the Baroness by her leg and quite roughly drags her unconcious form to a spot where there was some cover. "Gonna kill me a wee piggy once ya outta the way. Can't take another shot like dat one, look stupid enough already..." She grumbles as she drags Maria over the downed Kregger, making sure to step on his nose with an audible crack as it breaks. "Whoops, gotta watch where I'm going. Heh."

Halcorg |

Halcorg looks around for any water that can be thrown on the fire. Watering troughs, or anything else similar. Clearly not seeing anything useful, he moves over to (80.20) and begins to scale the tower.
Climb: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (8) + 11 = 19
As he moves he roars:
Someone get WATER on fire!!
He then looks up.
Weapons down. You live. Weapons drawn. You die.

Several barrels inside the fort seem to contain something that in good mood could be called water... just don't try and drink it. :S

Now that Xi was off her chest Seraph picked herself up off the ground and moved to defend Tatiana. Despite her nasty wounds she was prepared to fight on.

Tatiana responds to Red Topper. "Halcorg, please execute Red Topper. I'll summon the water. The rest of you bandits can still live."

Topper sees the mean Shoanti climbing the tower, bent on killing him first with wide eyed horror.
"Wait! Wait! I can reform! I swear! I surrender!"
He stops his Inspire courage, and drops his dagger.
Seeing that the rest of the bandits drop their weapons. Except for Fat Norry (on the North west tower), Jex the Snitch (climbing over the palisade on the south), and Ayles Megesen (escaping via a tunnel under the south stairs)

Halcorg |

Halcorg gets to the top of the tower and stands over Topper. He does not draw his earthbreaker, but does haul off and slug the bard twice.
Damage-unarmed-non-lethal: 1d3 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
For shooting a woman in back.
Damage-unarmed-non-lethal: 1d3 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
For threatening Queen.
Then, still standing over the man:
One move, next hit is with earthbreaker.
He then glares to the others, also looking toward the adjacent tower.
Leave weapons. Get water. Put out fire.

Daliedhur |

With a grazed shoulder and thigh, Daliedhur's eyes narrow at Fat Norry - taking a single step inside, she unleashes a volley at him, growling at the man from afar, the first hint of the elf's savage nature to come through so far - "Die" - she mouths at him.
Rapid Shot 1: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (10) + 13 = 23
Damage if it hits: 2d6 + 11 ⇒ (5, 3) + 11 = 19
Rapid Shot 2: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (20) + 13 = 33

Fat Norry doesn't have time to repent, as Daliedhur's arrow pierce armor, bone and heart and kills him throwing his fat body backwards, out of the tower.
The other bandits next to him flinch while showing their hands.
"We surrender! We are unarmed! Don't shoot!"
We are still missing Murray's "second" action, Tarina and Neji. I'll DM them if they have not posted in a couple hours.

Neji Lazula |

I can't see the map at the moment, so feel free to alter things as necessary.
Not wanting to have to deal with the undead, Neji calls down an air strike on the zombie to her northwest. Maintaining his current height, Destroyerman quickly soars over and swings his falchion at his designated target. Meanwhile, Neji inches forty feet northeast, careful to stay on the path the entire way.
Charge PA Falchion: 1d20 + 11 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 11 - 2 + 2 = 22
Damage: 2d4 + 8 + 6 ⇒ (1, 1) + 8 + 6 = 16
Neji orders Destroyerman to attack the zombie northwest of her. She double moves forty feet northeastish while staying on the path the entire time.
Destroyerman charge-flies over and attacks the zombie north-east of Neji.

Escape Artist: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10 Azurefang attempts to get unstuck.
Tarina, having no idea that anyone has surrendered yet, continues towards her wolf. Only understanding celestial and only seeing 60ft and all.

Seeing Tarina going up the stairs from her high vantage point, Tatiana calls to her in Celestial. "Tarina, most bandits are surrendering. Please execute any that don't surrender."

Turn 5 - Heroes
Four Swords: Don Khavortorov carries Vodyanoy Leventon to the safety of the fort, as Michael do the same with the last horse. On the south of the Fort Angelo and Ralph miss Jex the Snitch and continue running towards the platform where Akiros (the barbarian who switched sides but was killed(?) by the bandits) and the Stag Lord (killed(?) by Vodyanoy) are.
Mulray and Karou follow Ayles Megesen into a secret tunnel under the palisade, getting out on the other side.
Tatiana fies to the top of the old stone fort's wall (moved her to the top floor map) and tries to get a surrender for the bandits, but Topper Red is not convinced.
Halcorg seeing everybody inside let the portcullis down and starts to climb the northeast tower, intimidating Topper Red into surrendering, and causing almost all of the bandits of doing the same.
Daliedhur enters the fort just as the portcullis falls, and shot three arrows that kill the unrepentant Fat Norry.
Xi'Tir carries the unconscious Maria to cover (I moved you to 83'16' so you don't carry her towards the fire). Many of you marvel at the change for good in Xi'Tir, she doesn't normally cares for the welfare of others.
Seraph unsheathe her sword and stay below Tatiana.
Tarina tries to reach Azurefang, grievously wounded, which remains trapped at the tower entrance, but it's unable to advance as the fire rages in front of her.
When Neji starts to move towards the fort she sees two things that scare her. One, the portcullis closes. The second is that the two zombies around her starts to move in her general direction, almost if sniffing her. One of them moves to close her way and moves an arm towartds her just before Destroyerman appears and decapitates him. She is able to avoid the immobile standing corpse and continue her way. The other zombie follows her, without paying attention to Destroyerman, and causing an attack of opportunity from him. (Don't forget to roll).
Only Ayles Megesen and Jex the Snitch have not surrendered, as well as the bandits down the hill at the north (leaded by Dovan).
Turn 6 - Bandits
The zombies reach the fallen bandit on the path and start devouring him. Alive. The screaming inundates the hill. Seeing that, Destroyerman going away, and the quiet at the fort, the remaining bandits at the base of the hill decide discretion if the best part of courage, and withdraw. Dovan takes a last look towards the fort, and swears vengeance. He have a meeting with the queen for later.
The bandits in the fort drop their weapons, but seems unsure what to do next, as Azurefang is blocking the way (for both towers).
Mulray and Karou see Ayles Megesen and Jex the Snitch, preparing to run down the hill, crossing the unhallowed ground (they are going to make a run for it, zombies an all, they figure).
Turn 6 - Heroes
Your actions. For some reason, and even if most / all of the bandits have surrendered / died, I am keeping the initiative (wink wink).

Ignoring that. Tarina is unable to climb because of the fire. On the good, she is unable to reach the bandits either.

Perhaps it has something to do with Azurefang being stuck and the tower burning?

Azurefang continues to struggle to escape.
Tarina, unable to reach Azurefang, casts create water, not knowing what sort of effect it might have on the flames. With her caster level thats 10 gallons of water.

"Bandits! Drop your weapons and form a bucket line for the fire!" She calls out to the bandits within the fort.
"Lady Fortune, hear me! Extinguish these flames!" Tatiana says while casting Create Water. After the instantaneous rain storm, she looks to see the situation along the path and zombie-land.
Perception: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (4) + 12 = 16

Neji Lazula |

D-Man AoO Charge PA Falchion: 1d20 + 11 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 11 - 2 + 2 = 27
Damage: 2d4 + 8 + 6 ⇒ (3, 2) + 8 + 6 = 19
Destroyerman effortlessly beheads the other zombie.
"Hey, D-Man! Let's just fly over!" Neji mentally calls out to the Eidolon. "And stay on the path!"
After sheathing his weapon, Destroyerman nods, flies closer to his Summoner's location, and lands on the path with arms open and ready to grab the invisible gnome. Neji scurries over and climbs into his iron embrance. Provided he has enough time, Destroyerman once again takes to the air and flies toward the others.
As a move action, Destroyerman decends diagonally downard to the ground toward Neji. I know he can draw his weapon as part of a move, but I don't know about sheathing it. Neji moves to D-Man and hops into his arms as her two moves. If he can still move again, Destroyerman takes off and moves thirty feet south toward the fort, staying out of the zombies reach as usual. They both always stay on the path.

Between Tarina and Tatiana quickly extinguish the fire before it gets bigger. Tatiana sees Destroyerman (which is a good sign) but doesn't see Neji anywhere, which is to be expected as Vodyanoy turn her invisible.
She sees Destroyerman beheads another zombie and then sheathes his sword and descend, as if to pick something up.
Neji gets ready to be pick up. (No time for anything else, 1 move to Sheathe the sword, and one to move).
Azurefang makes a last effort and extricates himself of the tower.
Seraph and Xi'Tir drink their CLW potions (do they move?).
Xi'tir, now inside the fort, sees a heavy door south west (87.11 and 88.11), something is calling and screaming from inside it.

Halcorg gets to the top off the tower and "share his caring" with Topper Red. He accepts the punishment quietly and without provoking anything else.
We only need Daliedhur and Mulray.

Daliedhur downs one of the healing potions she carries, and moves to the highest vantage point she can, to keep an eye on the inside area of the camp, as well on the outside, the undead, and Neji.

The fighting had died down and with it the accursed voice of that filthy mammal that trapped them as well. His screams had delighted her, especially after what they had done to her nest mate. She planned on feeding them their entrails before this was done...
She turned to her companion, who was still injured from the bandits night of toying with them. They had pelted him with arrows for hours and Ti'Itza took every shot for her. His massive height making him the perfect shield. She knelt near him as he sat quietly eyes closed. She spoke in draconic lest the mammals over heard, they weren't the most intelligent group thankfully. "Can you fight?"

If we're still in combat, I'm afraid I only have celestial, even if we are out of combat however, no Draconic.
Noticing Azurefang getting unstuck, and a fire no longer blocking her path, Tarina will go to the wolf's aid. CMW: 2d8 + 5 ⇒ (1, 1) + 5 = 7 Azurefang 30/66 Tarina has 2 daily uses of level 2 spells left.

Ti'Itza |

HP Currently @ 50/104
At the sound of her voice his eyes opened and he looked towards the door. He looked to her then shifting his body weight and barely able to not grimace from the arrows that were still imbedded in him. His "Of course. Shatter the door if they take too long."
He slowly rose to his full height, a staggering seven feet tall as he prepared to rush the door. He may not have any spells but he was far from powerless...

Daliedhur climbs the inner wall, she sees the same as Tatiana.
Tarina gets to Azurefang (no more actions until next round).
Xi'Tir sees two lizardmen inside the cell, she can open it "easily"... If she wants to.

Halcorg |

Seeing the fires go out and the battle seemingly at an end, Halcorg picks up Topper by his collar and then glares at the other bandits.
March down. You arrested in Queen name.
He then follows the bandits down to see how the others are doing.

Xi'Tir |

Xi props Maria up in a corner, covering her with one of the dead men's cloaks to keep her warm before stalking over to the cell and eyed the Lizardmen distrustingly as she drinks down her healing potion.
Xi, the diplomat has encountered a new race. She has a bad habit of being the first on the scene...
"Dey have prisoners! Ugly ones at that..."

Xi'Tir |

Xi smiled at the scaly folks request. "Xi'tir and if ya try anything stupid I'll kill ya. Got it?" She moved to the door with her greatblade over her shoulder and easily unlocked it for the pair of lizardfolk.

Tatiana calls to Halcorg and Topper Red. "Thank you, Halcorg. Topper Red, why do the zombies animate? How did the Stag Lord return them to the field?"
