Bardiche for me but it is rare to have two people fighting with reach weapons.

ok guys! so we are approaching the part where there is a couple combat encounters. im not gonna say when here but im a flexible GM. What is the best way you all have handled combat situations?

In my Hell's Rebels I useal roll init for all included and set the list op stacking players together and npcs together and mark which player(s) can act before I make the npcs act and so back and forth untill the round has ended.

One of the games I played in that I liked, the DM rolled everyone's initiative. He then averaged the PC's initiative and the NPC's initiative. If the average PC initiative was higher than the average NPC initiative, all the PCs went in any order they chose then all the NPCs went. Vice versa if the average initiatives were flipped.

This is pretty much the best way I've seen used as well.

I never asked, do you use stamina for fighters?

not really no, i mean i could but i dont think its 100% fair

It's alright I just wanted to ask before I picked the feat up at some point.

I think it is more than fair to give the fighter combat stamina.
It is not that strong and gives the fighter a bit more chance to shine.

Welcome back! It looks like my post to wish you good luck with the surgery was eaten by the forum goblins.

A heads up, I will be out of town from Saturday 8/19 through Tuesday 8/22. Feel free to take any actions for my character during this time.

Physical therapy took alot of out of me, so much so i didnt have time to do anything. i feel owe you all a apology for wasting your time but in my defense i didn't ask to be involved in a head on collusion. i am humbly sorry for wasting your time and hope i can play with you guys again down the road. stay sweet and thanks again for your patients
