Sorry, I have no excuse. Bad GM!

Vyshael swings past the pain, cutting the hag hard across the forearm, if only the water hadn't slowed the swing, he could have almost taken her hand off at the wrist.

Shark 1d20 + 4 - 12 ⇒ (1) + 4 - 12 = -7

Neva continues to swim toward the larger group, and when there she casts bless on the group, bolstering their morale.

Felgar slashes hard at the shark, drawing a thin red line across its large underside, but just a step shy of actually breaking through and spilling its guts into the water.

Rutter, thrashes about again in the water, the environment truly causing the halfling problems.

Raliscar swims a little closer and up to get a vantage of the hag behind the shark, firing off a bolt to pierce her shoulder.

The big shark's single-minded focus remains on Felgar, as the big beast snaps again at the dwarf. With all the people around it, and the wounds on the hag and Vyshael as well, the shark gets a little mixed up and snaps at empty water instead.

Big shark, attack Felgar 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

The hag swims closer, striking first at the elf, switching focus to the dwarf that is giving her shark so much trouble, before slapping at the woman that just approached. Her bravado pays off, as she draws blood from all three, putting Vyshael that much closer to out of the fight, she seems actually surprised that the elf is still conscious.

Full-attack:
Shortspear (attack 1, on Vyshael) 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (2) + 16 = 18, damage 1d6 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13 I think that hits, couldn't find any mention of you casting your defensive spells.
Shortspear (attack 2, on Felgar) 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20, damage 1d6 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9
Claw (on Neva) 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (13) + 11 = 24, damage 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

Raliscar grimaces as more and more of his allies' blood begins to cloud in the already murky water. "Quit makin' me do all the work an' kill th' ugly tart already!" He grunts as he reloads his crossbow, hoping the shark and the hag are dropped before he needs to take another shot.

Other than false life, that is, which is why I'm not staggered. From the map, I assume "crowd control" kicks in so I get a +1 to hit?

Vyshael winces at the wounds, wishing that he'd used his wand of shield before rushing headlong into battle... or that the rage could burn away his doubt. Seeing no line of escape, and realizing just how much power the water leeches from his attacks, he wills his flesh to change again, regrowing the wicked horn that allowed him to gore the hag, and throws his rage-fuelled strength into what he can only hope is a killing blow... before she succeeds in landing one against him.

crap, I got based. I'll be provoking an attack of opportunity here by drawing a wand, but as long as I'm not critted, I can cast cure mod wounds on Vysh. Can I take a "5-ft swim"?

Neva blurbled a shout into the water as the hag closed and stabbed her. Desperate to heal the others (but determined not to provide succor to the hag) her hands groped for the slender wand stored at her belt. Her eyes darted away from the hag for an instant to find the damnable thing.

Drawing it forth, Neva jabbed it rudely at Vyshael, calling "Densa" to activate its magic.

Sorry, I'll allow acrobatics or a withdraw (with successful swim checks and half movement where required), but I don't think 5' stepping is possible while swimming without a swim speed.

Vyshael once again adopts the long spiral horn, ramming it into the thigh of the hag, but it is not the final blow he was hoping for.

Shark 1d20 + 4 - 13 ⇒ (12) + 4 - 13 = 3

Neva throws caution to the wind, or the waves per this environment, to draw forth her wand of healing. This action draws the attention of both the hag and the shark biting Felgar. The hag was caught unawares, and just misses the woman by a hair, but the shark is able to nip the edge of Neva's arm, drawing a few jagged tears along the flesh.

Hag AoO on Neva 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (1) + 16 = 17, miss
Big shark AoO on Neva 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17, damage 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7

Felgar thrashes wildy at the shark about the same as it has back at him, the two of them missing one another much more than they probably should have been.

Rutter finally manages to make more forward progress, but it's not enough to let him get past the hag's defenses. Meanwhile, Raliscar goes through the process of loading another bolt into his heavy crossbow.

The big shark maintains its focus on Felgar, not giving up on the meal it had already had a good taste of earlier. Alas, it cannot seems to dig its teeth past the hard exterior of the dwarf.

Big shark, attack Felgar 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16

The hag also keeps her attentions on her latest targets, confident in her ability to wear all three of them down. She jabs Vyshael, a decent gut shot, before prodding Felgar next. The dwarf she thrusts the spear hard into, sticking a little on the extraction, and causing a large pulpy hole in his thigh. The tug needed to withdraw her weapon was just enough of a problem to cause her to miss Neva with her claw.

You didn't say it, you didn't do it.

I will address these in order:
@Vyshael: No there isn't a safe path you can withdraw along. You can avoid the hag, but the shark will get an AoO
@Raliscar: Based on where you swim closer, you may be beside the shark (provoking when you fire). Though, I haven't been counting the cover the shark has been providing the hag most of the time. It is mostly between you and her.
@Neva: Felgar's hit was the first the shark took, and it is halved due to being a slashing weapon (Not quite bloodied). The hag is still looking fairly fit to fight and not yet concerned about her risks (barely bloodied).

Vyshael, desperate, pushes his mental walls back down, locking away the righteous fury and wincing as he feels its strength leave him, making his limbs feel a little leaden. He pulls upon the magic of his blade, causing it to burn a spell into his mind, and he carefully casts it, trying to keep himself safe and not expose himself while he whispers the words... This had better work, or I'm one dead frog-shaped elf.

Concentration (Defensive) - DC 17: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (9) + 9 = 18 Success

He whispers a quick prayer of thanks to Ragathiel in his mind as he finishes the spell and electricity begins to crackle around his hand, Wish I could take the time to shape a claw to shred her with it... but I need to do this as quickly as possible.... With that, he reaches out his heavy arm to touch the hag, hoping to discharge the spell.

I didn't realize the shark should be granting the hag cover. Ugh.
Well, in that case I suppose I'll shoot the shark instead. At only 10 feet away I'd deadly aim, but it's not the target of my focus. So damage would stay the same, but my bonus to hit would be a +9 instead of +15. With the shorter distance and smaller penalty from the intervening water, I can only hope that's still a hit.

I was suffering a little from the inability to both battleshape and arcane strike -- while I could attack and then use a natural weapon as a secondary at -5, half-strength and losing the +2 arcane wasn't the most useful. Couldn't think of an aquatic humanoid with a useful natural attack, sadly. (And, also, not blasting away the shark summons due to spell resistance really didn't help us)

Vyshael is able to fight through the pain and danger to focus his arcane energies into an electrically charged hand, which he then uses to viciously shock the hag. She seems somewhat even more 'shocked' by his effective attack against her.

Shark 1d20 + 4 - 14 ⇒ (2) + 4 - 14 = -8

Neva maintained her intentions, and once again applied healing to Vyshael, who seemed to be losing life almost as fast if not faster than she could return it to him.

Felgar, possibly at the nagging of his cousin, was finally able to level a solid strike on the shark. It wasn't as much as it could have been, but it was still better than what he'd accomplished thus far.

Felgar, you can't 5' step while swimming (without a swim speed). You would provoke from both the hag and shark by moving, so I assumed you wouldn't do so. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Rutter was finally able to through the water enough to turn both blades against the hag. Alas her preternaturally tough hide turned one of them away, and prevented the other from successfully hitting a major artery.

With the big shark in his way while so close to the fight, Raliscar shoots at the thing instead of the hag, punching a bolt hard into the side of the thing. It thrashes in pain and turns on the new threat.

The Big shark whips its tail once, hard, and easily get right up close to Raliscar to take a nice-sized chunk out of the dwarf. What it hasn't seemed to yet grasp, is just how hard it seems to get a good bite out of either of the dwarves.

Big shark, 5' swim, attack Raliscar 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15

The hag, for once, actually looks concerned for her well-being. That doesn't last long as the wan, warty flesh turns to a snide grin of self-satisfaction. With a thrust of her free hand and finned feet, she slides back in the water and casts a spell from a safe distance. The electric burn fades, and some of her small wounds cease to spill green blood into the water.

Shark 1d20 + 4 - 15 ⇒ (7) + 4 - 15 = -4

Neva taps Felgar with the wand this time, giving him a little bit of a reprieve from the looming threat of death by shark or hag, before she also swims backwards a little.

Neva, you were not threatened on the map, so did not need to acrobatics, but regardless it doesn't change anything.

Raliscar, stowing your crossbow provokes, are you accepting the risk?

Round 9: each turn begins with a DC 10 swim check for those without a swim speed. LINK to underwater combat
Felgar - 29 damage, Hit big shark
Rutter - Hit hag once
Raliscar - Shot big shark.

Big Shark - 21 damage 5' swim to Raliscar, Bites Felgar
Sea Hag - 49 damage, 5' swim, cast spell
Vyshael - 21 damage 5' swim, begins casting
Shark - 58 damage, dying
Neva - 15 damage healed Felgar, swam backwards

Oui! I am! I'd provoke no matter what course I settle on and this should hopefully result in the fewest total provocations whilst keeping the shark fixated on my burly I-have-more-hp-than-anyone-else-at-this-point self! =P

Raliscar, where do you see that AC is different underwater? I'm missing it, and it's about to come up for Rutter on this AoO.

Swim: 1d20 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 - 2 = 20

Rutter drops the daggers in his hands and pushes forward through the water like a natural swimmer for a change. He tries to avoid the hag's attack as he reaches for her.

Mine's different because I left my armor and its OUTRAGEOUS armor check penalty to swim checks (which I'm already not great at as it is) topside =P

Felgar takes a risk with the shark, and pulls a potion from his belt. The big shark snaps at him when he does so, gnawing more into the already wounded arm of the dwarf. When he drinks the potion, however, it closes the new wound and a little more.

Big shark AoO on Felgar, 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23, damage 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11

Rutter manages to zip forward through the water and grab the hag while she recently recovers from casting her spell. Sadly, he doesn't come close, likely due to how strong and agile the thing is in the water. It doesn't help that, as he swam at her, she stabbed him hard with her spear.

Hag AoO on Rutter, 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (14) + 16 = 30 damage 1d6 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14

Raliscar takes the opportunity presented by his cousin holding onto the shark's teeth, and quickly stows his crossbow. Drawing his bastard sword, he is able to slash at the shark's gills. Despite the hindrances of the water, it is the last straw for the shark and the thing stops moving.

Soon after, the shark just vanishes.

The hag, feeling angered at the audacity of the halfling and the threat of losing her summons while so injured, focuses all her attentions on Rutter. She stabs violently twice, and lashes out with her claw, causing grevious wounds about the little man's body.

Grimmacing as more of his allies' blood clouds the already murky waters, Raliscar still grunts with satisfaction as the blasted shark vanishes from view. "Stupid fish!" He stows his sword before snap drawing his crossbow again and slamming a bolt into the cradle. "Yer next, ye ugly tart!"

Vyshael swims aside, leaving an opening for both Felgar and Raliscar to get into the fray. He sings his, now very big, sword at the hag but it has a hard time slipping through the water fast enough to catch her effectively. His newly grown horn, however, doesn't have that same problem. He manages to stab her with it right in the arm.

Shark 1d20 + 4 - 16 ⇒ (5) + 4 - 16 = -7

Neva once again uses the wand at her disposal to keep Vyshael on his feet. His presence may just allow her to get to Rutter before it's too late, but only if he remains a threat.

Felgar tried to get at the hag, but was only able to flail about in the water. Instead he holds until she comes near, allowing her to close the distance he can't.

Felgar, you failed the swim check, but I didn't want to waste the attack. So, I turned it into a ready for when she closes.

The devestating strikes that Rutter was dealt were vicious indeed. The wounds continue to spill blood into the waters of the Jeggare, much to Neva's dismay for not being quite ready or able to help him yet.

Rutter, you can only use 1 Harrow/encounter. So you only lost the 1.

With the big, toothy, fishy obstacle out of the way Raliscar returns to his preferred weapon. He returns his blade, and draws the crossbow once again, preparing to fire on the hag.

The hag, feeling confident over both how quickly she removed the halfling and having regained some of her health, does indeed swim toward both Felgar and Vyshael, so she can hit them both. She wasn't expecting the dwarf to have a mighty swing held in waiting for her. Committed to her intentions, it's too late to back down at this point, so instead she focuses on the dwarf that so handily just hurt her. She manages to bring all of her weapons to bear, just missing a weak spot in his armor that could have been disasterous, but seems dissatisfied with why her attacks were not as effective as before.

Claw 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20, damage 1d4 + 4 - 3 ⇒ (4) + 4 - 3 = 5

Vyshael and Felgar can just manage to make out what appears to be the faint visage of Zellara holding the hag back. She reaches out for Rutter, but he is too far from her. It is here that Felgar is reminded of the seer's message when she did their reading, "You will find yourself in unforgiving landscapes, full of danger and hardships, but you emerge from the other side triumphant, and stronger for having made the journey.”
