(Pretty sure those heals were meant for Jalriel. The heal skill can be used to treat disease, if successful should give +4 on your next save against the disease, think most diseases allow a daily save or something like that.)
When everyone is ready (Azz needs some healing too) we can head back out broken doors and continue up the hall, think we were heading North. (is that right DM?$

To Group: I am down a total of 11 hp and 1 CON pt.
To DM: I am having a difficult time keeping track of time. Is my Mage armor still working? Can you possibly give me a heads up when it is ending? It lasts 1 hour. I can make another extract if I know it has ended.
Assuming you cast Mage armor when the group first entered the monastery it needs to be renewed.
Azzheal: 2d8 + 2 ⇒ (2, 8) + 2 = 12
Not sure what can be done about the CON, I think it recovers after full rest. The disease will kick in 1-3 days.

To DM: I was just looking to see if my short sword has a crit range of 19-20 (it does) and found something very interesting. If you are using your short sword with two hands you apply 1 1/2 times damage. Since I am not using a shield or holding anything else I guess I am swinging with both hands. So strength bonus is 3, 4.5 with bonus. Do I round to 5 or down 4?

Sorry to rain on your parade Azz but a short sword is a light weapon, you may want to use a Morningstar instead.
Core Rule Book p. 141
"Using two hands to wield a light weapon gives no advantage on
damage; the Strength bonus applies as though the weapon
were held in the wielder’s primary hand only."

As you head north:
An evil hiss rises from the darkness ahead. A floating dwarven form shrouded in full plate rounds the corner. As your thoughts race and panic starts to rise, finally you spring to action.
Daedeloth's crossbow clicks and kicks his bolt hurtling towards the skeletal form. Moments before it looks like it should strike the bones it impacts on some clear fluid like membrane. At the same time, Azzakan throws one of his patented bombs which similarly impacts the membranous wall, lighting it with fire. Finally Variel launches a firey bolt at it, hitting and adding to Azzakan's furious flames.
The skeletal form picks up speed and advances towards you.

As most of the party rushes forward to meele, Variel fires off another bolt of flame which impacts in a burst of smoke and sparks on the clearish membrane. Azzakan, Daedeloth, and Jalriel's blows all strike home on the advancing membrane but durring his attack Daedeloth is touch by the slimy surface; where he is touched his skin and gear starts to smoke from a viscious acid effect (6 points and make a DC 20 Fortitude save!).
All 3 hand-to-hand make DC 12 reflex saves.

It does. Where before the membrane appeared firm and smooth, it now looks to be "leaking" some type of fluid from the huge rents the blows have caused.
