January's subscription shipping went very smoothly on our end with everything out before the estimated end of the timeframe for shipping things out. Some customers may have seen a delay due to weather issues in the midwest, eastern and southern United States. This may have included some international packages that had to travel through those areas. February looks to be shaping up for another smooth run. ↬If you have anything in your sidecart that is *ready to go* when we run the order spawning process, it will be shipped with this subscription.
↬If you want to add anything to this subscription order, you have until the authorization date to add it to your sidecart. If it is after the authorization date, make sure you choose to ship with the pending order number.
↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of longer than 2-6 days, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!
↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

On second thought...my mind is already loooong gone...but I still thought this was a two chapter month.
Cool! My players could use the down time to break out their lower level characters.

The system has gone through and authed/spawned orders for everyone who it thought needed an order spawned. If you didn't get an order spawned for February items and think you should have, or if you got one spawned and shouldn't have, please let customer service know.

Things are going smoothly for the February subscriptions so there isn't much to update.
There is some more inclement weather in the South and Eastern United States. Your shipping time for orders might take a bit longer than usual if your package has a destination or transit path through that area. This includes international packages that may need to travel through there.

I think we've got pretty much everything wrapped up for February shipping. There are still some orders waiting on payment method resolutions and a few waiting on items that were added last minute that are on their way from our supplier.
If your February subscription order has not shipped and you do not know why or you need customer service assistance in getting an issue resolved, please let us know as soon as possible via email, messageboard (starting new thread) or phone (M-F, 10am-5pm PST) so we can investigate your order and get it on its way to you!
