Hi guys,
I recived my Order # 2816693, it was split into 3 separate shipments. so i recevied one of my bricks but i got a Standard Booster "pack" in the other box which i never ordered. On the box, the shipement states that a booster brick should be in there although the box was never big enough to contain one. so i suspect there was a mix up.
i have emailed customer service over a week ago and still had no responce. can someone please reply to me and let me know what has happened? id be happy to be refuned the differance if thats easier.
i gather coming off the holiday period you are pritty busy but i was not sure if my emails are not coming through so i thought i would post here so apologies if your already aware of this.
anyway please let me know
