When I post as Fromper, I have an avatar picture that shows up. But I can also post as my Pathfinder Society characters, which I occasionally do, and no picture shows up next to their name when I do. I'm trying to figure out how to change those characters to have their own avatar pics, but I'm finding it. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Go to your My Account page. On the left-hand column, you will find a box that says "Messageboard Aliases" (fourth one down), with a list of your two aliases. Next to these aliases are two links, "Make Default Alias" and "Edit". Click the edit link to select/change your alias's avatar picture.

Nope. It says "You have no messageboard aliases." Apparently, Pathfinder Society characters can be used as aliases for posting, but don't get seen as aliases on that settings page. So I'm not seeing any way to modify their avatars.

The my account page has accreted some really bad design decisions over time and is in dire need of a complete overhaul. To change the avatar for a Pathfinder Society character, click on "Click here to make changes" in the Pathfinder Society box on the My Account page, then click the Edit link next to your PFS character.

Ok, there it is. I've noticed that there are two different ways to go into the characters to edit them, with different options sometimes showing up for each. I just missed that the avatar pic could be changed by going in this way. Thanks for pointing it out.
