Are there any ways to get a tumor familiar besides picking it up as an alchemist discovery or being a sorcerer and taking the aberrant tumor feat?

Aberrant tumor requires the aberrant bloodline but doesn't specify sorcerer. A bloodrager, blood arcanist or eldritch scion magus, or anyone with variant multiclass (VMC) sorcerer would qualify.

An open-minded GM might allow a character with Eldritch Heritage (aberrant) to take the feat as well. Ask your GM if Eldritch Heritage is right for you!
