I'm first born.

Ooh... me too. Hadn't thought of that detail. Strike the first born comment. Go back to the classic fatted calf.
Kahwen

Does anyone have a -1 character they don't use anymore? Maybe if we kill that, it would be good enough.
I'm considering it. I mean...I've only played him once so, no great loss.
I'm also 1st born...
Limo didn't say sacrifice ALL 1st born just A 1st born.

I'm DMing In Your Closet wrote:Problem: The deadline for reporting Gameday games is 3 days away, but my game is nowhere near wrapped up (bear in mind we're one of the 'Round 2' set), and some of what I need to report (like Prestige earned and deaths) clearly hinges on the story being wrapped up. What should I do?Report now.
Do boon rolls now.
Assume full prestige and that everyone is currently alive. Then finish the game as best as you can, and do chronicle sheets when you finish.
Keep the email receipt that you get when you report. If ANYTHING changes in the final tally, reply to that email or ping me, Magabeus, or GM Lorenzo. We will edit the final version to match. ...
Hmm
GM, are we still a Gameday game? I wasn't sure. The above was posted in the Lodge Discussion board today.

We are if we can get to a point where no one looks likely to die so that I can report the game by the 17th.

{GM creates this post just to repeatedly slam his head into it while waving his fist and shouting: "CUSTOMER SERVICE!!" Fortunately his phone is encased in an Otterbox}
HERE, I found the old thread (I had it open on my home computer, and hunted down it's actual address now that customer service has copy and pasted the other game over the normal link, and Paizo doesn't even pay me). I put a copy of this link on the campaign page listing and the top of this one. Unlike customer service I tested the links to make sure they worked. Now I have to email them (again) and try not to use any four-letter words.
I have a dream about the Paizo web customer service department. It's not a big dream.
I am just so frustrated with them and whoever thought it would be cool to put a timed online event in the same time slot as the freaking Humble Bundle promotion. *contemptuous grunt* Just turn the messageboards off for a month. It would be less aggravating.
All I needed them to to was change the thread's ownership privileges to me in a timely manner so that I could set up two different gameplay threads that connected to one set of discussion and recruitment threads. It took them a week to do even that so in the meantime, since the games were already weeks late starting I made a second tier 4-5 gameplay thread for high level group and left off the discussion part hoping they could knit it all together. They finally did it, after more prodding and like a month's time--wrong--probably right before they went home for the night.
Humorously, I of course noticed it right after posting words to the effect of "sure we're good for Game Day boons assuming we finish stuff in the next 50-ish hours"). Ugh! I can't even talk about it anymore without pulling my hair out in fistfuls.

Standard action, activate Legacy weapon on amulet of agile fists, natural attacks now count as Undead Bane.
I don't think that's quite right. Legacy weapon says:
Legacy Weapon (Su)
As a standard action, you can expend 1 point of mental focus and touch a weapon to grant it an enhancement bonus. The bonus is equal to 1 + 1 for every 6 occultist levels you possess (to a maximum of +4 at 18th level). Enhancement bonuses gained by this ability stack with those of the weapon, to a maximum of +5.You can also imbue the weapon with any one weapon special ability with an equivalent enhancement bonus less than or equal to your maximum bonus by reducing the granted enhancement bonus by the appropriate amount. The item must have an enhancement bonus of at least +1 (from the item itself or from legacy weapon) to gain a weapon special ability. In either case, these bonuses last for 1 minute.
I would read 'a weapon' as 'one weapon'. Remmy is himself not a masterwork weapon with an enhancement bonus. Remmy has a bite natural weapon, and two claw natural weapons. Now that said, I barely understand blood ragers and magi, so maybe I'm not seeing something, but that seems right.

Updated link here and on the campaign page.
Also, in case you missed it in the game thread and haven't already, take a moment and make sure you know/review what your missions goals are.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Oh, fudge. I was mostly keeping notes as a joke because Lumo got yelled at in his Confirmation for not taking good notes.
But in our mission it says, "keep good notes and document anything that might help future expeditions." After we get to somewhere safe let's spend some time surveying the tomb and taking better notes than Lumo's simple ones.
Also... the particulars mention multiple levels. We should double check for any secret doors or trap doors or stairs we may have missed. Anything to help future expeditions.

Maybe to sweeten the pot we can offer to leave the rope we climbed down here with. Kyra would probably be reticent to potentially unleash him on the world, and won't suggest it, but could be convinced if someone else suggested it since he will have trouble getting off the gloomspire. That would allow him to hunt for fresh meat in the form of birds, small mammals, and fish.

Looks like Conal should roll diplomacy while Kahwen and Remmy should roll aid's since Kyra and I have already made our rolls.
I'm totally fine with giving him my rope. Conal, you can include that in your roll.

Given what the party has seen, it would not be a problem for ghouls to do that even without your rope. In fact, it would not be out of the question for ghoulish former sailors to have constructed a raft and sailed away....

So for those of you still alive in the tier 4-5 group, Raynor noted and brought to my attention that there seems to have been a reporting error on the part of the Game Day VI organizers. You might be seeing an extra session attributed to your character. The very similarly numbered scenario 5-06 You Have What You Hold in addition to the correct 6-06 Hall of the Flesh Eaters. I have sent an email off to the powers that be to get this fixed.
| The World's Most Interesting GM |
I don't actually hold You Have What You Hold so I don't have the chronicle sheets to pass out for the gold, but as of right now the XP, fame and prestige have been reported to an PFS game guild official so jump into that next tier game while you have the chance. ;)

No worries. Really. I am often one of the loudest critics of the way the Core Rules are written they're okay rules, but they assume a lot on the part of readers (mainly that you are a masochist). It's like a poorly cross-referenced set of stereo instructions, that's half appendices (sprinkled almost randomly throughout the book) with only a few grudging examples of anything, that only makes logical sense to its author--presumably--the Marquis de Sade. They are written with all the flavor of the paper they are printed on. Basically, the Pathfinder Strategy Guide is just there to explain the Core Rules. Sorry, ranting, But I grew up on the old box sets of D&D and games that had flavorful rule sets that added to the role-playing experience before 3.x came around and limited game evolution to one species. And in closing-
