Putting down the menu for a moment Simon turns to one of his fellow dining companions:
"The pork sounds lovely tonight, don't you think?"

Harvey looks up from his menu at the person who spoke, examining the professor for a few moments before responding. "I'm more of a red meat guy myself. Surf and Turf should be good I reckon'" he observes, jabbing a finger at his menu. He wasn't quite sure how he got sat at a table with these more 'civilized' types; he was no slob, but he worked with his hands for a living, and was generally a little 'rougher', and always felt clumsy in polite society. He sat in a clean ocean blue button up shirt, and looked presentable, but it was cotton, not silk he wore, and straight bourbon in his glass, not wine.
You'll have to forgive my Fox Pauses if I'm not too up on proper 1920 behaviour and lifestyle, never studied much history :)
