How fast is a halfling lame oracle barbarian wearing armor?
Order of operations give me three possible answers
Is it speed 20, reduced to 15 for lame, 10 for armor, 20 for fast movement?
Or speed 20, 15 for lame, 25 for fast movement, 15 for armor?
Or speed 20, 30 for fast movement and since your base speed is 30 both lame and armor reduce by 10 so 20 for lame, 10 for armor?
Also,
What if you add boots of striding and springing (or some other enhancement bonus)?
What if you're slowed or some other movement penalty?

I got you:
1) Halfling base land speed is 20ft
2) Oracle curse reduces base land speed, by 5ft for this halfling. You apply this first because it is a permanent reduction of speed. It always applies even when fast movement would not.
3) Halfling Oracle with Lame curse has a base land speed of 15ft
4) Fast movement from barbarian is applied before any armor modifications, so that leaves him with a base land speed of 25ft.
5) Boots of striding and springing are a bonus to base land speed, bringing speed to 35ft.
6) Armor and Encumbrance for Other Base Speeds: 35ft speed reduced by armor becomes 25ft.
7) See below
Bonuses to Speed: A barbarian has a +10-foot bonus to his speed (unless she's wearing heavy armor). Experienced monks also have higher speed (unless they're wearing armor of any sort). In addition, many spells and magic items can affect a character's speed. Always apply any modifiers to a character's speed before adjusting the character's speed based on armor or encumbrance, and remember that multiple bonuses of the same type to a character's speed don't stack.

Ah, Thank you. I missed that in the combat rules. Ok, so bonuses first then armor last...
That means without the boots of striding, you have a 25 speed that is reduced to 20? or is it 15? There is no 25 category for armor movement reduction. Only 30 and 20.
Speed of either 25' or 30' is reduced to 20' by armor.
