Wish Market (New Vessel Spell) and Organsight

Hell's Destiny gave us a new apparition and with it a new vessel spell, wish market. It states:

Quote:
"You signal your willingness to make a deal, attracting ghostly merchants that eagerly and silently wave contracts for your consideration while demanding an esoteric price. When you Cast this Spell, you accept an offer from the merchants. You gain a +1 status bonus to Perception checks and your choice of Acrobatics, Athletics, Nature, Occultism, or Religion checks for the spell’s duration, and you can either Recall Knowledge or Seek as a free action. However, you also pay a random price; roll 1d4 on the table below. The first time each round you Sustain the spell, you can either Recall Knowledge or Seek as a free action or haggle with the merchant to suppress the price’s penalty for 1 round."

My question is, would I be able to use this free action for the SPECIAL recall knowledge used in organsight ?:

Quote:

"You see the target as though it's dissected and arrayed before you. For the duration, you gain a +2 circumstance bonus on Medicine checks against the target that depend on its organs, but a –2 circumstance penalty on Medicine checks depending on seeing its skin.

When you Cast the Spell, attempt a special Recall Knowledge check using Medicine to spot and discern a vital organ. If you have a Lore skill appropriate to the creature, you can use that skill instead of Medicine. If you succeed, the next time you deal piercing or slashing damage to the target with a Strike or spell, you deal 4d6 additional precision damage. Once on each of your subsequent turns, you can use a single action to attempt the special Recall Knowledge check again. The extra damage isn't cumulative, so making the check more than once before a Strike or spell has no extra benefit."

I will not allow using any normal Recall Knowledge options for "special Recall Knowledge check" which is used as "you can use a single action to attempt the special Recall Knowledge check" in Organsight. It's not normal Recall Knowledge, it's a special spell custom action which is also Recall Knowledge.

I would not either, under the Too Good To Be True aegis.

It says that once a turn, you can use an action to do something. Regardless of what that "something" is, the vessel spell doesn't let you take that action. So my reading of the rules would be "no".

Now, if I just look at what the overall effect is, you are spending an action to sustain the focus spell, and that focus spell gives you a skill or perception bonus, and not even a bonus to Medicine. If you wanted to do this little combo as your character's schtick and you weren't trying to combine it with something like Elf Step, I would probably allow it. But I would definitely recommend approaching it as asking to fudge the rules for something cool.
