Mini Bots

So in a sort of steal drop, this playtest also includes rules for the minibots.

You've got the camerabot which eats battery charge more slowly, and can live stream as an exploration activity (love that)

and Petbots, which can store an object of light bulk and hide it.

Thoughts on these, thoughts of other minibots there could be?

Yeah they seem fine. I like the idea of them but obviously being level 0/1 we don't get to see what you can do with more mechanically impactful choices.

I'd like one that's a repair droid style thing, where it can go cast mending (or something that's functionally mending). Feels like something my planned mechanic would like.

I really like the flavor of the camerabot, but right now would be nervous about buying one. As far as I know, there's no way to repair/revive downed minibots - they're just destroyed at 0 HP. Does not seem fun at low levels where credits are more scarce.

My major comfort there is that there isn't much reason to directly target them, and they are immune to AOE damage.

I think they have to be level 0 because of the way tech crafting restrictions work, but they're probably more like a level 2 item in practical terms- a little bit more permanent than a consumable.
