We're getting a big Swarm fight in the first big adventure for 2e, but what other sorts of adventures are you hoping to see in the new edition? Themes, locations, a setting element that you want to explore, anything!
I personally, really want to do the Colveare Emergency Response Team (I swear, Paizo, give me astriapi ancestry rules and I'll write the dang thing myself!), but besides that, well.
I want a megadungeon. Specifically, I want a megadungeon that's an entire, colossal, derelict spaceship. An AP about a team of salvagers who found a lifeless hulk floating out in the black, and are both trying to extract value, and figure out what in the Vast happened to the place. Heck, set the whole thing on a lost dwarven Star Citadel, they're already an incredibly cool setting detail!

That would be a great opportunity to bring in some Dead Space flavor and maybe an excuse to build out more gear with the professional trait related to mining and construction. I never got a chance to use the mining laser in the last edition.

Going off of the mega dungeon idea, in PF1e it mentioned that some ancient mimics can grow large enough to mimic whole structures. A truly ancient mimic mega dungeon in space! would be awesome, or even just exploring a living creature in general.
I forget what they're called, but in SF1e there was a starship sized creature that would park itself by a star, enter hibernation, and have a strong possibility of exploding unless you went inside it and stopped its heart. Something like that would be wonderful.
I know the mythic rules are not always enjoyed, but if they bring mythic rules into SF2e, I REALLY want to have an adventure about finding some way to deal with the First Ones. They're strong enough that I don't think even mythic characters could permanently stop them, but finding some way to limit them or seal them outside of the multiverse would be satisfying. Since the First Ones travel to different universes, this would be the PERFECT opportunity for characters to explore alternative universes. Maybe there's even a universe out there that still has its Golarion?

I would really love a Veskarium-focused adventure. I think Starfinder 2e's emphasis on comedy and absurdity could take on a fun contrast in an adventure about the Veskarium's brutal, pointless wars. Imagine Slaughterhouse 5 or Catch-22 as an AP!
The playtest adventure Empires Devoured showed us some of the opening salvos of the Vesk-Azlanti war, which begs for an AP to explore how that conflict progresses.

There has been a buildup to an Azlanti Star Empire Veskarium war ever since the Drift Lanes appeared between them after the Drift Crisis. So I suspect there will be an Azlanti Veskarium war AP at some point.
Not sure if it's a full catch-22 situation, but in SF1e Ports of Call, the chapter on the city of Atuity has a group from the Azlanti Star Empire and the Veskarium facing off. The catch is that because of the Drift Crash, neither side can get reinforcements or supplies, so they are forced to
So I think there is room in an Azlanti Veskarium war AP to cover the war, ranging from serious to absurdity in the same AP.

Something about xenodruids! I want to go around on a bio-ship. And I'd like to check in on the elemental planes and see how they were affected by the Gap, and if anything changed with the elemental lord drama.
A xenodruid space opera or environmental restoration (c'mon, the Copaxi have been polluting the heck out of their homeworld for two editions now!) would be really fun, yeah!
And a planar book for Starfinder's been on everyone's wishlists since last edition - like, what do you mean the main non-Drift form of FTL is extraplanar and we still don't have a planar overview?
