Spell Perfection and Mythic Paragon

When casting a Mythic Spell like Holy Word

When determining the spell’s effect on non-mythic creatures, add your tier to your caster level. Nongood creatures that fail their saves also take a –4 penalty on attack rolls and saving throws, and their spell resistance decreases by 5 for as long as the spell’s other effects last.

Does Spell Perfection double the Mythic Paragon bonus?

Pick one spell which you have the ability to cast. Whenever you cast that spell you may apply any one metamagic feat you have to that spell without affecting its level or casting time, as long as the total modified level of the spell does not use a spell slot above 9th level. In addition, if you have other feats which allow you to apply a set numerical bonus to any aspect of this spell (such as Spell Focus, Spell Penetration, Weapon Focus [ray], and so on), double the bonus granted by that feat when applied to this spell.

Your tier is considered 2 higher for determining the potency of mythic abilities, feats, and spells. This doesn’t grant you access to mythic abilities or greater versions of mythic spells at a lower tier than you would normally need to be to get them, nor does it grant you additional uses of mythic power or adjust the dice you roll for your surge.

Does it really matter? I found Spell Perfection(Holy Word) to basically be an 'I win' button already*, so throwing in Mythic Paragon is basically 'I win more...'

*I literally went with this combination (plus level-boosting feats) on my WotR Oracle (with a watered-down Mythic system), used the spell once, and realized I had basically broken the game. From then on in, I reserved that spell for emergencies or encounters no one (GM included) really wanted to waste time on.

A set bonus is a straight numeric bonus. Both your caster level and mythic tier are variables as both change depending on the level and tier of the character. Anything represented in an algebraic equation as a variable is not a set bonus, it is a variable. So, spell perfection would not interact with mythic paragon.
