Is Paizo Plus gold supposed to be earned on subscription orders? If so, I did not receive any for the February subscription order.

I noticed the same thing. and haven't recieved my gold yet.

Last month I sent in a ticket and they added it for me and said that it should have auto added when the final box shipped.

I've received my sub, still have not seen the gold hit my paizo plus yet.

I haven't even thought to check this, but from what I can tell, looks like I haven't been getting my credits either....

Anyone needing their gold updates pushed through should contact customer service. They're the folks who can, and they're fast and friendly!

Any actual purchase I've made that's been delivered since mid-February hasn't been updated to completed even after delivery.

I've just sent an email to customer service, but it's kind of ridiculous.
