Daredevil has a lot of its class feats based on using Acrobatics or Athletics, much like how Swashbuckler is reliant on acrobatics or its style's skill, so I would recommend that they also get extra skill increases to use for those skills.

Agreed. I think this class outright doesn't work if you don't invest in one or the other and keep them at maximum proficiency. Too many of the moving parts are asking you to make difficult athletics or acrobatics checks often.

Also agreed. I don't think it needs to give you both, but some way of getting to advance your preferred skill and make it feel less like you've got to eat into your skill budget just so your features work would be nice.
