Is this possible? Am I dumb? This shop is so needlessly complicated it's making me mad lol

You can't sadly.
The two systems (subscription and loyalty program) come from two different vendors, and don't support interactions with each other, I would assume.

Gold cannot be applied to subscriptions, Virellius!

Hmmm. If that's the case, it may very well be the end of my subscriptions - there's little point in being subscribed to everything you want if you can't get a discount on them. Maybe it will workout for getting core rulebook PDFs cheap? I have a hunch it won't though. Combine that tarrifs, DHL surcharges, and the cancellation of the Legacy Advantage and its looking more and more likely it will be cheaper to just buy the PDFs and pickup whatever I want hardcopies of from my FLGS.
I have to say, I have been utterly disappointed in everything to do with Paizo Plus program. I still love Pathfinder and Starfinder, I have deep respect for the writers, developers, and customer service at Paizo. I'll keep supporting the company and the game - but this leaves me with a very bitter taste in my mouth.
