I wanted to use the skip option because I have got the original release, but the infotext that pops up tells me the product then will be shipped with the next subcription order instead of cancelling this one product complete.
Do I habe to cancel the subscription and renew it after this month shipment has gone out ?

I think it’s just badly worded and means the subscription (the product) will continue with the next item in the list. I guess we’ll find out when the next subscription rolls around.

As we have done with the other two Remaster rulebooks, customers who own the original Dark Archive PDF will receive the Dark Archive Remaster PDF for free.
We plan to add this to your Library or Digital Content on February 4th (street date).
Thanks for supporting Paizo!

Is this only for those who have the subscription or for anyone who bought the PDF.

Darn it. I'd been specifically keeping an eye out for things I didn't want to get a second copy of, but the notification email came came right before being charged.
I sent an email to customer service, but can we please bring back the monthly forum post? I'd love it if this was clear on the new website, but I literally never saw specifically what product would be skipped, so I've been hesitant about pressing "skip".

Didn't know whether to post this here or in the store bug reports thread, but some of the new releases seem not quite cooked. The Dark Archive remaster by chapter pdf has a lot of hexadecimal junk in the individual file names, and appeared to unpack out of page order. The Dark Archive all-in-one pdf just loaded the OGL version for me. Season of Ghosts single file also had a lot of hexadecimal junk in the two individual file names, and Season of Ghosts chapterwise would not load, only sending me a dud file of about 380 bytes.

+1 for bringing back the monthly post.
KCunning: Check your email from the 15th, 5 days before we get charged we should get an email letting us know a sub is coming up, the contents, and a reminder to go in and edit anything we need to edit.
But yes, the monthly announcement is sorely missed.

Did the pdf’s get delayed, or am I missing something? Society play has already said changes apply immediately, and it’s hard to comply without the pdf. Thanks!
When I checked today (as a non-subscriber, but who owned the PDF version of the original DA), specifically in Store > Your Account > Library, it listed the PDF as having been added 1/29, and downloading it verified that it was such.
For what it's worth, today was when I also got an e-mail from DTRPG notifying me that I now owned the remastered version on Demiplane, where I also owned the original version of DA.
It will not, however, be added to the "Legacy Digital Content" section of "Account", in case that's where you were checking.

I did, it's not there, I simply do not seem to have the remaster

Funny enough, I do not have the new Dark Archive on the new site, but the old digital archive has the new one.
I checked after reading this, and discovered the same thing, but a weird loop where it goes from personalizing to the download link and back again without ever letting me actually download the file.

What browser are you using? It works in Chrome, but not Safari for me.

I'm in Chrome. It looped like 8 - 10 times before if finally downloaded.
