I've had two orders shipped with the new store. None of them gave me tracking information from Paizo.
The first one, I received from UPS directly, and I believe only because I'd signed up for UPS My Choice, which notifies me when a package from them is shipped to my address (FedEx has a similar service).
The second order was this most recent subscription. That was sent via USPS. I didn't receive any info about that one after it was placed by Paizo on Nov. 24th until it was delivered on Dec. 6th, despite it having a tracking number.
It is frustrating to finally have order tracking, but no way to actually track the orders from the store site.

I have the same issue too. My subscription for November has been shipped, but apart from consulting customer service, I have no other way to obtain the logistics tracking information. Although I don't want to sound overly pessimistic, the truth is that tracking has become even more difficult than before. The new website is far from a satisfactory piece of work. If this situation continues, I will carefully consider whether to continue my subscription.
