How to give a official game character a graft ? Also how to use a boon ?

Hi, i wish to take claw dancer dedication for my official game character, and finded the graft was the most effective thing to do (do not need to take a racial gift to give my kitsune claw and so can use the gift at 5th level for killing stone, so i have a pet), but i was wondering how, it isn’t really an item we can buy, if i understand, we need to craft it then graft it into our character, how is it possible in official game ? For well the graft cannot last long out side of host and by experience in my two previous official game, only one down time check is made, so how can I do that ?

Ho and also, since she did only two lil adventure before remaster, im doing a bit of a rebuilding (belive that was allowed to transition character before remaster to remaster), so, i wish to train medecine unstead of a previous skill (lost the character cheat any way, so kinda need to redo the sheat at near 0 any way, for all that remain was the character stat that are on this web site and item gived at the end of scenario on pdf that i forgot to close so after so many years, but it come usefull), so the test will be easyer (tough, she was still level 1 any way)

So for the Boon, my character finished the two scenario 5-01 intro year of unfettered exploration (no Boon for this one) and scenario 4-99 blessing of the forest (queen gratitude point boon)

"Official Game" would be "Pathfinder Society", which has its own forum at https://paizo.com/community/forums/organizedPlay/pfsrpg

Grafts:
"all Pathfinders can have grafts implanted during downtime between missions for no additional cost"

Unless you played a game at level 2, characters can be freely changed.

To use a boon, you "buy" it for a character in the organized play section.
