Boiling blood deals 1 damage per target per round; harm deals 10 per level. In either case, there is no need to roll dice.
Suppose I have a character with a trait or Sorcerer Arcana or racial FCB or whatever else that say they add to spell damage rolls of the appropriate type; do they still apply to spells like these?
Being able to upgrade boiling blood to 2 or 3 or even 4 damage per target per round sounds pretty nice!

Only what is written in the abilities in question.
By RAW if something says you add X to a damage roll, it must be a roll to which you could add X damage, static damage is not a damage roll.
If something says add X to for example fire damage caused by spells, it applies to all fire damage dealt by spells, rolls and static damage.
That beeing said something I found:
Add +1/2 point of fire damage to spells that deal fire damage cast by the sorcerer.
As this RAW affects fire damage by of spells cast by the (half-orc) sorcerer and not only damage rolls, a level 20 Half-Orc Sorcerer with this FCB on all levels, would deal 11 points of fire damage per round with boiling blood.
There might be more abilities that could affect it.| Melkiador |

I don’t really think it’s meant to apply here. But technically 1 is a possible damage die.
