Can mundane archaic weapons from Pathfinder be purchased without a feat or do you need feats or heritage access to use them?

Pathfinder second edition content is not permitted for use in Starfinder second edition unless specifically mentioned on the Character Options page for Starfinder second edition (and vice versa).

What about with the Golarion Human Heritage and its weapon proficiency? Or the Plated Vesk for Runes on its body?
