Not a issue. If anything, the ones that need to spend Ancestry Feats to unlock permanent flight should maybe get it for free.

Putting PF2 Ancestries in SF2 mechanically works just fine; what's missing is the lore that makes playing an elf in Starfinder different from Pathfinder. The Gap really messed with elves. We know the GM Core will have advice on how to mix classes and ancestries between the setting, hopefully, that it will include the lore of what's changed.
For anyone not familiar with SF1e elves .
Class-wise, I'd love to see the inventor get options to work on starships.
