Galactic Ancestries

General Discussion

Sorry for the Alien Core post. I thought Galactic Ancestries was going to be called Alien Core.

But I was wondering, will the "drow" or Azrinaran Elves be playable in it? Will it add more versatile heritages such as Nephilim?

Void Elves have been mentioned for it, I believe.

Galactic Ancestries would likely be a player-side book akin to the Pathfinder Ancestry Guide. Simply because it would not make sense to release two differently named NPC character lines, Alien Core and Galactic Ancestries. I'd say it's safe to say Azrinarans will be playable.

As for versatile heritages, no clue. Maybe something will be revealed on the 15th.

Phoebe Bane on bluesky mentioned void elves being in the book as an expansion for PF2 elves, along with Formians and some sort of playable ooze ancestry.

I sort of suspect it would be a good book to add starfinder flavored ancestry feats for PF2 core species and then add in the pure SF2 stuff like bantrids. This book is going to be a day one purchase.
