Hi.
I'm looking to run Crown of the Kobold King after my players finish the Beginners Box. I have the hardback 2nd edition book.
I'm just wondering if anyone had done this previously and if there was anything specific I need to look out for in updating the NPC's and treasure.
The for example the first think I can across was was Grokmolmuk which had me taking a Kobold warrior, giving them the Zombie and Unkillable trait. Am I going to have to do this a lot?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

OK. To be clear, you are using the PF2 remake of Crown of the Kobold King, not using the original Pathfinder AP from 2007.
There shouldn't be much Remaster conversion needed for an AP.
You don't have to ignore the Alignment listed for the creatures - you can still use those for role-play indicators of their attitude.
You might have to adjust weaknesses or damage types that are listed as using the Alignment damage. A creature that deals Alignment damage of any Alignment would need to be converted to deal Spirit damage instead (possibly with the Sanctification trait as well). A creature weak to Alignment damage would have their weakness changed to be weak to Holy or Unholy trait damage (which comes from Sanctification).
That is pretty much it for converting creatures from what is printed. There are other core rule changes that are going to affect creatures - such as the changes to the Grab creature ability. But that wouldn't affect what is printed in the AP book.
Wealth by level - what drives the amount of loot given out - didn't change during the Remaster. So no conversion is needed there.
Items are similar to creatures. Most don't need any conversion at all. A few might need things adjusted - mostly due to Alignment or Alignment damage.
So I am thinking that Remaster conversion isn't what you are asking about. The example you give is of splicing together a creature from a standard bestiary creature, the Kobold Warrior, with the Zombie trait and the Unkillable ability. And as you can see from the links, both of those are available in Legacy rules as well as the Remastered rules. Which is why the Legacy AP can ask you to splice the creature together like that.
So it isn't a Remaster update thing that you are asking about.
And I don't know how often the AP asks you to splice creatures together. I would think not terribly often. But it doesn't look like all that hard of a process anyway.

Thank you. Yeah, sorry, I have the 2nd edition version of CotKK. What I was finding when reading through the adventure was references to various Bestiary pages. I did a cursory cross-check with some monster names to see if they were in Monster Core and found some missing, so thought that I may have to do this fully with the remastered contact. But it sounds like it isn't the case, which is a relief.

Yeah, there are a handful of monsters that got left out of Monster Core because of licensing and legal concerns. But they weren't removed because of incompatibility with the rules. They still work just fine with a couple of minor tweaks.
They are also all still viewable on AoN if needed.
